　ホットランナーマニホールド（１６）を用い、製品成形を行うキャビティ（３）の主平面に開口してキャビティ（３）に溶融樹脂を射出する複数個のゲート（２０）を、キャビティ（３）の短辺（Ｙ）を四等分して得られる領域のうち、キャビティ（３）の短辺（Ｙ）を二等分するキャビティ中心線（Ｃｙ）の両側に近接する領域（Ａ、Ｂ）内に、キャビティ（３）の長辺方向に間隔をおいて設ける。
