  式 (II0)〔式中、R1及びR2はそれぞれ水素原子、置換基を有してもよい、炭化水素基または複素環基を示すか、或いはR1とR2は隣接する炭素原子と一緒に置換基を有してもよいスピロ環を形成していてもよく、点線は上記R1とR2が結合して環を形成してもよいことを示し、Xは(CH2)n(nは1~4の整数を示す)、窒素原子、酸素原子または硫黄原子を示し、環A0は置換基を有してもよい不飽和6員環を、環Bは置換基を有してもよい5~7員複素環を示す。〕で表される化合物またはその塩を、ロジウム-光学活性フェロセン系ホスフィン錯体触媒の存在下、不斉水素化反応に付すことを特徴とする式(I0)〔式中、*は不斉中心を、その他の記号は前記と同意義を示す。〕で表される化合物の光学活性体またはその塩の製造法。
