本发明涉及建筑装修材料领域, 尤其涉及一种具有架高底座的塑料地 板组合。 背景技术
在工厂或一些公共场合中, 常有使用塑料地板, 现有的塑料地板的底 面直接接触地铺设在地面上, 在其侧面上一体成型设置有连接件以彼此进 行连接。 然而, 这种贴地的安装方式使得塑料地板的表面平整性受限于地 面的平整度, 而且其整体的刚性不足, 比较柔软, 易变形, 不利于维护, 而且需要专业技术人员铺设, 无法重复使用。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷, 提供一种具有架高底座 的塑料地板组合, 其采用塑料地板与塑胶底座固定结合成一体, 通过塑胶 底座提升安装的便利性, 同时增加塑料地板的刚性, 使其不易变形, 无需 专业人铺设, 可重复使用, 便于维护。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采取了如下技术方案:
一种具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 包括数个地板单元, 每一地板单 元包括一架高板及一固定连接在架高板上的地板本体。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 还包括数个连接件, 该 连接件连接架高板。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 每个连接件设有两个定 位柱, 每个架高板设有与连接件的定位柱相配合的连接孔, 定位柱向外凸 出, 呈圓柱状。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 架高板分别设有连接件 及连接孔以与另一架高板进行连接。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 所述的地板本体为 PVC 地板、 亚克力地板、 亚麻地板或 PVC地毯。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 所述架高板与地板本体 之间还设有大小和形状与^ N同的软质塑料层。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 在架高板底面还设有多 个脚垫。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 脚垫由塑胶或橡胶制 成, 其设有向外的突起, 架高板设有凹孔以嵌入脚垫的突起, 从而将脚垫 固定。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 架高板用注塑方式制 成, 其底部设有分布均勾的网状间隔加强筋或柱状加强筋。
所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 还包括数个装饰单元, 其与地板单元连接且位于地板组合的外侧边缘。
与现有技术相比, 本发明可筒单自行安装并可重复使用, 釆用架高式 通风连接板, 可延长产品的使用寿命, 并避免与地面直接接触造成潮湿发 霉滋生细菌, 从而对人体健康造成影响; 采用塑胶(或橡胶)脚垫与地面 接触, 一可以增强吸震抗震力, 二可以自动适应所安装地表的轻微不平而 且。 本发明采用组装的方式, 清洗保养容易, 若局部损坏则只需简单地换 掉损坏的那一片即可; 不但自家或租房住都很适合使用, 且搬家时亦可将 组装的塑料地板换到新家, 从而节省居住投资。 附图说明

以下结合说明书附图和实施例来对本发明做进一步的描述, 但本发明 所要求保护的范围并不局限于实施方式描述的范围。
如图 1〜图 6所示: 本发明具有架高底座的塑料地板组合包括数个地板 单元, 每一地板单元包括一架高板 1 及一固定连接在架高板上的地板本体 3。 地板本体 3 与架高板 1 的表面尺寸实质相同, 两者之间可用胶水、 热 压、 超声波或其它方式进行贴合。
本发明具有架高底座的塑料地板组合还包括数个连接件 2, 该连接件 2连接架高板 1 从而实现地板单元之间的连接。 每个连接件 2设有两个定 位柱 21, 每个架高板 1设有与连接件 2的定位柱 21相配合的连接孔 11, 定位柱 21向外凸出, 呈圆柱状。 使用时, 连接件 2的一个定位柱 21插入 一块架高板 1 的连接孔 11 , 另一个定位柱 21则插入另一块架高板的连接 孔 11, 从而将两块架高板 1结合在一起。 通过相同的简单连接方式, 可将 多块架高板 1连接在一块, 从而达到所需要的大小及形状的地板组合。
在一种选择性的实施例里, 架高板 1 也可分别设有连接件及连接孔以 与另一架高板 1进行连接, 相当于将上述实施例的连接件 2—体成型设置 于架高板 1上。
所述的地板本体 3 为 PVC地板、 亚克力地板、 亚麻地板或 PVC地 毯。 架高板 1 用注塑方式制成, 其底部设有分布均匀的网状间隔加强筋或 柱状加强筋, 可进一步加大承受力, 且易于空气流通。 所述的架高板 1 可 为各种形状, 如长方形、 正方形或其他正多边形, 其边长可为 10-100cm, 其厚度为 1 ~ 40cm。 在架高板 1底面上还设有多个脚垫 4以降 低对地面平整度的要求, 增加组合板内空气流通, 提高其使用寿命。 所述 脚垫 4的高度为 2 ~ 3 0 mm。 脚垫 4由塑胶或橡胶制成, 其设有向外的突 起 41 , 架高板 1设有凹孔以嵌入脚垫 4的突起 41, 从而将脚垫 4固定于 架高板 1上。
如图 7-8 所示, 作为一种选择性实施例, 本发明具有架高底座的塑料 地板组合还可在所述架高板 1与地板本体 3之间还设有大小和形状与之相 同的软质塑料层 5, 软塑料层可以采用多种环保材料, 如 PVC、 环氧树脂 等。
如图 9-10所示, 作为一种选择性实施例, 本发明具有架高底座的塑料 地板组合还包括数个装饰单元 7, 其与地板单元连接且位于地板组合的外 侧边缘。 该装饰单元 7在远离地板单元的边缘上呈斜边或圆弧状, 以便于 与地面过渡, 避免行人踢到地板单元的边缘。 装饰单元 7 的底面设有安装 孔 72以通过前述的连接件与地板组合连接一起。
如图 11 - 12 所示, 作为另一种选择性实施例, 本发明具有架高底座 的塑胶地板组合于架高板 1与地面之间还设有厚度为 l-10mm的大小和形 状与之相同的緩冲垫 8, 架高板 1 与緩冲垫 8之间以直接贴合的方式固 定。 每块緩沖垫 8靠近边缘的位置开有数个与连接件 2的定位柱 21相配 合的配合孔 81, 緩冲垫 8的配合孔 81与架高板 1的连接孔 11对应设置。 緩沖垫 8 采用 EVA (乙烯 -醋酸乙烯共聚物) 、 软木或其它软性材料, 其 不吸水, 防潮, 具有良好的耐水性能和隔热、 隔音效果; 且回弹性和抗张 力高、 韧性强, 具有良好的防震、 緩沖性能。 在本实施例中, 该緩冲垫 8 的作用相当于前面实施例中的脚垫, 两者可相互替代。
本发明可简单自行安装并可重复使用, 采用架高式通风连接板, 可延 长产品的使用寿命, 并避免与地面直接接触造成潮湿发霉滋生细菌, 从而 对人体健康造成影响; 采用塑胶(或橡胶)脚垫与地面接触, 一可以增强 吸震抗震力 , 二可以自动适应所安装地表的轻微不平而且。
本发明采用组装的方式, 清洗保养容易, 若局部损坏则只需简单地换 掉损坏的那一片即可; 不但自家或租房住都很适合使用, 且搬家时亦可将 组装的塑料地板换到新家, 从而节省居住投资。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 包括数个地板单元, 每一地 板单元包括一架高板及一固定连接在架高板上的地板本体。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 还 包括数个连接件, 该连接件连接架高板。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 每 个连接件设有两个定位柱, 每个架高板设有与连接件的定位柱相配合的连 接孔, 定位柱向外凸出, 呈圓柱状。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 架 高板分别设有连接件及连接孔以与另一架高板进行连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 所 述的地板本体为 PVC地板、 亚克力地板、 亚麻地板或 PVC地毯。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 所 述架高板与地板本体之间还设有大小和形状与之相同的软质塑料层。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 在 架高板底面还设有多个脚垫, 脚垫由塑胶或橡胶制成, 其设有向外的突 起, 架高板设有凹孔以嵌入脚垫的突起, 从而将脚垫固定。
8、 根据权利要求 7 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 于 架高板与地面之间还设有大小和形状与之相同的緩冲垫, 架高板与緩冲垫 之间以直接贴合的方式固定, 緩冲垫采用 EVA、 软木或其它软性材料。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 架 高板用注塑方式制成, 其底部设有分布均勾的网状间隔加强筋或柱状加强 筋。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的具有架高底座的塑料地板组合, 其中, 还 包括数个装饰单元, 其与地板单元连接且位于地板组合的外侧边缘。
