空气调节设备早已经在人们的日常生活中起到了不可替代的作 用,而暖风机作为家庭取暖设备中的一种也已经进入到了千家万户当 中。 现在通常所用的暖风设备可以分为直燃型和水暖型两大类, 其中 直燃型的暖风机结构相对简单、对空气加温的温度上升快以及安装容 易等的优点, 受到大多数使用者的青睐, 也是现有的应用最广泛的暖 风设备。
本发明即是一种采用直燃型结构作为加温方式的柜式暖风机, 其不仅具有上述直燃型暖风机通常性的优点, 同时其还具有控制方 便, 安全可靠的特点。 发明内容
本发明的发明内容在于提供一种结构简单、 对空气加温的温度 上升快以及安装容易、 控制方便和结构安全可靠的直燃型暖风机。
为了达到上述的发明目的, 本发明釆用以下的技术方案: 一种柜式暖风机, 包括柜式壳体和安装在其内的燃烧装置、 热交 换装置,送风装置以及设置在该柜式壳体上的电源装置和控制指示装 置,上述的柜式壳体由一设有通孔的固定板分隔为上、下两部分空间, 其中热交换装置以及燃烧装置通过上述通孔对应分别安装在该上、下 空间内,送风装置安装在该柜式壳体内侧的顶部并且其进风口与该通 孔对应, 同时控制指示装置和电源装置分别与燃烧装置和送风装置连 接在一起。 上述的柜式壳体包括至少四根支杆、设置在支杆之间组成下部分 · 空间的围板和设置在该支杆之间组成上部分空间的围网以及设置在 支杆两端的顶盖和底座。
上述围板上还设置有散热孔以及空气进孔,至少一个围板以支杆 为轴旋转设置于该支杆上。
上述的热交换装置包括辐射筒以及反射板组成,该辐射筒附着设 置在固定板上并与通孔对应,该反射板为一圆台结构并设置在送风装 置与壳体顶部之间。
上述的燃烧装置包括阀体,与阀体出气口连接的燃烧器以及与阀 体进气口连接的燃气通路和空气通路。
上述的空气通路上还设置有减压开关,上述的燃气通路上还设置 有防倾倒装置。
上述的燃烧器上还设置有电点火喷嘴。
上述的控制显示装置包括与上述阀体连接的控制阀体的阀体旋 钮, 电源开关, 与送风装置连接并控制该送风装置转速的调速开关以 及用于显示该柜式暖风机工作状态、 电源状态的指示灯。
上述的电源装置为交、 直流两用装置以及储能电池。
上述的送风装置为一轴侧对应辐射筒的离心风机。
通过采用上述的技术方案, 本发明提供了一种结构相对简单、 对 空气加温的温度上升快、 安装容易、 操作控制方便并且结构上安全可 靠的柜式暖风机。 附图说明

本发明实施例具有一柜式壳体, 其它组成部件均安装在该柜式 壳体内或安装在该柜式壳体上, 该柜式壳体包括四根用于支撑的支杆 15, 在该支杆 15 顶部安装有顶盖 1 1, 在该支杆 15 的底部安装有用 于支撑 '整个装置的底座 17, 这样通过顶盖 1 1、 支杆 15 以及底座 17 组成了一支撑该装置的基体。 需要说明的是, 组成该基体的支杆 15 的数量是可以变化的 而不限定在四根支杆 1 5 的数量上。 同时在该 支杆 1 5的中点处也即整个柜式壳体的中部安装有一固定板 1 3, 其将 该柜式壳体分隔为上、 下两部分空间, 下部分空间四周由设置在上述 支杆 1 5之间的围板 14围成, 其围板 14下部设置有空气进孔 1 6, 用 于空气在上述下部空间以及壳体外部的流动, 并且在围板 14上部设 置有散热孔, 该散热孔也起到部分空气流动的作用, 同时至少一个围 板 14可旋转的设置在上述的支杆 15上, 这样可以以该围板 14为开 门结构以便于査看和修理设置在该柜式壳体内部的各部件。
