  • an intenna comprising a base formed by the injection molding of synthetic resin material, wherein a plurality of bosses are formed continuously and repetitively at a given gap on each surface of the base; and rod wire which is bent in a given shape along the gap between said bosses and one end of which is connected to a tangential terminal provided on one side of said base.
  • the bosses are formed on the front surface, left and right side surfaces, as well as upper surface and lower surface of the base, and a part of the rod wire can be inserted between said bosses.

  • the rod wire 40 is preferably copper wire, but any other metal rod wires that are suitable for antenna can be used.
  • This kind of work process can be easily automated by the method of bending and inserting rod wire, using, for example, robotic arm with the base 30 fixed on jig. Also, it is preferable to prevent rod wires from breaking away by heat fusion of the end portion of some of bosses, after inserting rod wires 40 in the gap G between bosses 31 according to the embodiment.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une antenne, et notamment une antenne dont la base est constituée d'une résine synthétique, une pluralité de bosses étant formées de manière continue et répétitive au niveau d'un espace donné sur la surface de chaque partie, des fils étant pliés en vue d'une fixation par fusion entre ces bosses, d'où une fabrication considérablement facilitée parallèlement à un raccourcissement du processus de production ainsi qu'à une baisse du coût de production. Cette antenne comprend une base formée par moulage par injection de la résine synthétique. Une pluralité de bosses sont formées de manière continue et répétitive au niveau d'un espace donné sur chaque surface de la base. Un fil est plié selon une forme donnée le long de l'espace entre lesdites bosses, une extrémité de ce fil étant connectée à une borne tangentielle située sur un côté de la base.
