Abstract
バイオマスの構成成分を有用資源として成分分離するため、バイオマス処理用の効率の良い連続式水熱反応器とその制御方法を得ること。 連続式高圧水熱反応装置において、材料粉砕ニーダーと材料輸送速度を制御可能なスラリーポンプと溶媒供給ポンプにより構成される材料供給装置と複数段の昇温ヒータおよび恒温ヒータと水冷式冷却器により温度が制御される耐食性金属によって構成されるチューブ式反応管と圧力緩衝室を中心に置いた二連の電磁式シャッターバルブにより構成される材料排出装置からなりチューブ式反応管内でバイオマスに厳密に制御された高圧水熱反応条件を与える。
