Abstract

 本発明は、ピニオンギヤ及びキャリアの磨耗や焼き付きを防止でき、しかも、部品点数が少なく、組み立ての手間が少ない遊星歯車装置を提供する。本発明に係る遊星歯車装置は、一対のキャリア11,11の間に固定されたピニオンシャフト13の外周面に、針状ころ15を介在させてピニオンギヤ14を回転自在に支持する。キャリア11,11のピニオンギヤ14及び針状ころ15の両端面に対向する表面に、DLCを含む硬質被膜を形成する。遊星歯車装置の動作において、ピニオンギヤ14及び針状ころ15の端面がキャリア11,11の表面に摺動接触しても、硬質被膜によって磨耗や焼き付きが防止される。ワッシャ16の数を削減できるので、部品点数の削減と組み立ての手間の削減ができる。
