Abstract

解決しようとする問題点は、双極式マイクロ波処置具において、処置部の剥離、把持、凝固(止血)及び切離が可能な多機能処置具を使用して処置部を把持、凝固(止血)から切離に移行する場合のタイミングを正確、確実に判定する手段を提供すること。処置部位の組織をマイクロ波で加熱凝固時に組織の温度上昇と共に水分が減少し、直流電気抵抗値が変化するのを利用して、組織の凝固(止血)終了を検知させ、マイクロ波の発振出力を制御するマイクロ波手術装置の制御方法及び装置。
