Abstract

 本発明は、センターポストにコンタミが付着して磁気回路の磁気特性が変化し制御特性が悪化するのを防ぎ、長期間所望の制御特性を維持できるソレノイドバルブを提供する。本発明のソレノイドバルブでは、センターポスト40の表面に、無電解ニッケル-リンめっきあるいはPTFEを含有させた複合無電解ニッケル-リンめっきにより、非磁性体層41を形成する。これにより、センターポスト40へのコンタミの付着が大幅に抑制され、プランジャ30及びセンターポスト40間の透磁率が変化してプランジャ30を磁力により吸引移動させるための磁気回路の特性が変化するのを防ぎ、コイル20に印加される電流に応じて適切にプランジャ30及びこれに一体化された弁体55を移動させ、バルブを開閉させることができる。
