Abstract
導光部において発生した導光部由来ノイズ光の影響を簡易な演算によって除去し、病変組織と正常組織との区別を容易にする鮮明な蛍光画像を取得する。体腔内に挿入される挿入部と、該挿入部の基端側に配置され、励起光と、該励起光により発生される蛍光の波長帯域の少なくとも一部を含む参照光とを発生する光源部と、該光源部から発せられた励起光および参照光を挿入部の先端側に導光する導光部と、該導光部により導光された励起光を体腔内壁に照射する第1の照射状態と参照光を体腔内壁に照射する第2の照射状態とを切り替える照射制御部と、体腔内壁から挿入部に戻る蛍光および参照光の反射光を撮像する撮像部と、該撮像部により、第1の照射状態において取得された第1の撮像信号と、第2の照射状態において取得された第2の撮像信号との差分を算出し、蛍光画像信号を生成する画像演算部とを備える蛍光内視鏡装置を提供する。
