- the main crown (12) is formed by a body of preferably flexible plastic material, with a slightly concave rear area (13), which extends into two lateral zones (14-15) that converge inward, and whose limbs or pins ( 16-16 ') have in the internal front part cavities (19-19') adapted to accommodate contact elements (17-17 '), whose front surface is substantially convex warped, which once introduced into said cavities ( 19-19 ') partially protrude into the crown (12).
- These contact elements (17-17 ') are made of elastomeric plastic to favor patient comfort. It has also been provided that these contact elements (17-17) comprise a substance in the form of cryogenic gel for cooling and application of cold on the contact area of the patient's head. For this, it is envisaged that the coupling of said contact elements (17-17 ') is carried out in a removable and fully interchangeable manner, by means of temporary joining means.
- the height of the main crown (12) is irregular, presenting a greater height in the back (13) than in the lateral areas (14-15), and widening again in the part of the pins (16-16 ') .
- the upper edge of the part of the pins (16-16 ') is slightly wider than in the rest of the main crown (12) to accommodate the cavities (18-18') and (19-19 '), see figure 4.
- the convergent "U" shape of the main crown (12) adapts perfectly to the curvature of the patient's head, and also the inner contact surface of the entire main crown (12) with the head has a slight curvature concave that guarantees the perimeter support of the main crown (12) in the middle area of the patient's head, see figure 2.
- the lateral areas (14-15) of the main crown (12) have a profile with a slight concave curvature that extends in the temples (16-16 '), for this it adapts more comfortably to the middle area of the patient's head, see figure 2.
- the second crown (11) as can be seen in figures 1, 3 and
- the function of said second crown (11) is to press the pins (16) of the main crown (12) inwards, that is to say to converge between them (16), reinforcing the convergent action derived from the shape of the main crown (12 ) and exerting a more constant pressure intensity to the patient through the contact elements (17-17 ').
