Abstract

　培養室内にて細胞、胚、微生物等の培養物を培養する培養装置において、ガス濃度センサの校正を安価で高精度、且つ、自動的に行うことができる培養装置を提供する。培養室４内のガス濃度を検出するガス濃度センサ４２と、該ガス濃度センサ４２の出力に基づき、培養室４内へのガスの供給を制御する制御手段（制御装置７０）と、実使用ガス濃度、若しくは、その近傍のガス濃度に予め調整された標準ガスをガス濃度センサ４２に供給する標準ガス供給手段とを備える。制御手段（制御装置７０）は、標準ガスのガス濃度を保持しており、標準ガス供給手段によりガス濃度センサ４２に標準ガスを供給すると共に、その場合の当該ガス濃度センサ４２の出力と標準ガスのガス濃度とに基づき、ガス濃度センサ４２の実使用ガス濃度校正を行う。
