Abstract

 耐湿性に優れ、潮解による輝度低下及び保護膜のはがれ等の問題が改善され、シンチレータパネル交換が容易で、かつ解像度の高い放射線画像を形成できる放射線画像撮影装置を提供する。本発明の放射線画像撮影装置は、基板上に蛍光体層を有し、基板と蛍光体層が耐湿性の保護膜により覆われているシンチレータプレートを、光電変換パネルに対向接触させた構造を有する放射線画像撮影装置であって、当該蛍光体層の領域が光電変換パネルの光電変換素子アレイ部の領域と一致することを特徴とする。
