Abstract

 基板の表面に付着した付着物を良好に除去することができるドライクリーナを提供する。被吐出物体10上の付着物を除去するためのドライクリーナにおいて、被吐出物体と所定の間隔を持って配置され、内部に圧縮空気を貯留する貯留部16aを有し、該貯留部と連通したスリット状の吐出口16bを備え、吐出口が形成されている位置における吐出口が延びる方向と直交する断面形状として所定の曲率の凸形状16cを有し、吐出口が被吐出物体に最も近接する位置に設けられるノズル16と、内部に前記ノズルを収容し、ノズルの吐出口から被吐出物体に対して略直交する方向に吐出した圧縮空気と被吐出物表面を掃いた圧縮空気とが通過する開口部18aを有し、ノズルの所定の曲率を有する凸形状に沿って進行する圧縮空気が進行する通路18bを形成するハウジング18と、所定の曲率を有する凸形状に沿って進行した圧縮空気を排出するための排気部18cとを備える。
