Abstract

 成形不良の原因となる坏土のフローパターンの押出方向の湾曲の発生を極力抑制し、ハニカム構造体等の成形に好適に用いられる均質性の高い良好な柱状体が得られる土練機を提供する。坏土が内部に流入される供給口19と、回転軸6と回転軸6に沿った螺旋状の回転羽根5とを有し、坏土を混練するスクリュー4と、坏土が柱状体として押出される押出口20と、を含むドラム2を有し、ドラム2は供給口19側において昇圧部10と、押出口20側において昇圧部10より内径が小さい押出部12と、昇圧部10と押出部12との間に位置した整流部11と、を備え、回転軸6は整流部11の内側において押出口20に向かって漸次径が減少し、整流部11と押出部12との境界付近に回転軸端部7を備えた土練機30である。
