Abstract

　ばねクラッチの制御に改良を加えることにより、回転方向切替クラッチユニットの構造を簡単にしてコストの低減を図ることである。 　軸方向に配置された入力歯車１２、出力歯車１３及び逆入力歯車１４、これらの歯車とばねクラッチ２６との組み合わせからなり、前記入力歯車１２に入力側クラッチ部１５、これと径方向に対向した出力側クラッチ部１６が出力歯車１３にそれぞれ設けられ、前記ばねクラッチ２６が入力側クラッチ部１５に緊縛され、該コイルばね２７の一端部の伝達フック２８が前記出力側クラッチ部１６のフック係合部２１に係合された状態を基準にして、他端の解除フック２９は正回転方向Ａに所要距離だけ進んだ位置に配置され、前記逆入力歯車１４は解除部と逆転部を有し、前記解除部が逆回転方向Ｂに移動して解除フックに接触したロック解除開始状態から該解除フックを押し込んでロック解除に至るまでの移動量ｃ、前記逆転部が逆転係合部２２に係合するまでの移動量ｂ、該解除フックを押し込んだ解除部が前記フック係合部２１に係合して回転が制限されるまでの移動量ａの大きさの関係がａ＞ｂ＞ｃの関係に設定された構成とした。
