Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif à navette rotative pour machines à coudre équipé d'un pare-fil de dessous. Le dispositif décrit dans cette invention comprend un corps de crochet pourvu d'un premier crochet conçu pour accrocher un fil de dessus, un boîtier de bobine présentant une base de boîtier de bobine et un corps de boîtier de bobine; et une bobine placée dans le boîtier de bobine et présentant un fil de dessous. La base du boîtier de bobine présente une paroi latérale comprenant une première section et une seconde section. Le pare-fil de dessous est en saillie depuis une extrémité de la paroi latérale de la base du boîtier de bobine de manière à guider le fil de dessous et à empêcher ce dernier d'être accroché par le premier crochet, ce qui permet d'éviter à la fois une coupure brutale du fil de dessous et l'interruption du travail de couture. Ce mode de réalisation permet au travail de couture de progresser en continu et de manière satisfaisante, il permet également d'en augmenter la productivité.
