Abstract

 本発明は、内部応力が低く歪みの少ない塗膜を形成することができる塗膜形成方法を提供する。  本発明は、カチオン電着塗料組成物中に被塗物を浸漬して未硬化の電着塗装する工程、および、得られた電着塗膜を焼き付け硬化させる工程、を包含する、硬化電着塗膜形成方法であって;このカチオン電着塗料組成物は(i)顔料、および(ii)脂肪酸、脂肪酸の誘導体、アミン化合物およびそれらの1種または2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択される化合物、を含む顔料分散ペーストを含むカチオン電着塗料組成物であり;この(i)顔料は黒色系顔料を含み、カチオン電着塗料組成物は黒色の色相を有し、カチオン電着塗料組成物の固形分濃度は、電着塗料組成物100重量部に対して3~25重量部であり、および;得られる硬化電着塗膜の内部応力が0.05~1.50kg/mm2である、硬化電着塗膜形成方法を提供する。
