  • Fig. 7 shows in a perspective presentation, a "U"-shaped metal frame part, such as one or more of the frame parts 5a to 5d, of a specific metal frame part 5e, corresponding in use to frame part 5c or 5a, connecting to one side of the floor element 4 with three or more projections and recesses, illustrated here with reference numerals 5f, 5f and 5f , where these projections are adapted to be cast into the wet concrete slab 6' and there over create the preconditions for simply distributing the liquid fresh concrete mass 6' between the sections 4b, 4c etc.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément de sol et/ou de plafond (4), devant former une surface de sol supérieure (4a) et une surface de plafond (4a'), ledit élément (4) étant adapté de manière à pouvoir reposer contre des poutres de support mutuellement espacées (14b, 14b') dans une construction de charpente (14). Une charpente (5) formée de métal (acier) est adaptée, avec ses pièces de charpente métalliques (5a, 5b, 5c, 5d), de manière à entourer une plaque (6), formée d'une masse de béton humide durci (6'), et une couche ou un panneau d'isolation thermique et/ou sonore, ainsi qu'une couche ou un panneau d'isolation contre le feu (7). Ladite charpente métallique (5) est formée de manière à être mince et adaptée et dimensionnée de manière à pouvoir supporter des contraintes de flexion. A travers la plaque de béton durci (6) s'étend une section (4b, 4c etc.) séparant les coupes de métal (8, 8') qui, dans leurs extrémités inférieures, exposent des moyens de fixation pour ledit panneau d'isolation (7). Ladite plaque de béton (6) est tendue vers et/ou via des moyens de fixation (5f) ancrés dans les pièces de charpente qui lui sont attribuées.
