Abstract

【課題】警戒対象範囲内の侵入者の検知性能を低下させることなく、センサ直近を通る小動物と人体を確実に識別し得る熱線センサを提供する。 【解決手段】ベースの前面に配置され上下方向に複数のレンズが所定間隔で配置されると共に前記レンズに対応する位置に検出素子がそれぞれ実装された基板を有する光学ユニットと、前記検出素子で検出された信号を処理する制御手段とを備えて、侵入者等の移動物体を検知する熱線センサであって、前記複数のレンズの間隔は、人体の大きさに対して狭く小動物に対しては広くなるように設定されると共に、前記制御手段は、複数の検出素子で検出された各検出信号の同時性を判別処理するかもしくは各検出信号を加算処理することにより、移動物体が侵入者であるか小動物であるかを判定することを特徴とする。
