Abstract

 本発明は、パーシステントスケジューリングを用いた場合、トーク時から無音時に移行することを検出すると、無音時のリソースを無音時専用チャネルに割り当てるとともに、トーク時に移動端末に割り当てていたリソースを開放することとしたので、リソースの無駄な割り当てを削減でき、システムとしてのスループット向上を図ることができる。
