Abstract

 撥油膜の剥離を確実に防止可能とする。  流体軸受装置1は、軸部材2と、軸部材2に固定されたシール部としての第1および第2フランジ部9,10を備える。第1および第2フランジ部9,10の外周側には、それぞれ、第1シール空間S1および第2シール空間S2が形成されている。第1フランジ部9および第2フランジ部10の外気に接する端面には、撥油膜11が、組立時の加圧力を受ける受圧面12と分離して設けられている。
