CN2565884Y公开了一种具有 "蜂巢状填充物的砖体结构", 其结构的主要特 点是在砖体内部包覆有一填充物, 该填充物为板片制成的蜂巢状块体, 且 该蜂巢块体所形成空间中以树脂加以填实。 该技术方案的目的是针对空心 砖支撑性差这一不足所进行的改进, 从结构上看对空芯砖的强度有一定的 增加, 但该技术方案存在着因制造成本高而难以实施的不足, 具体表现在 建筑用砖为建材中用量大、 价格低的基础性产品, 而用板材制成蜂巢, 再 填充树脂, 且不说树脂对价格和环保的问题, 单纯采用这种工序, 其制造 成本便会因上述多道加工工序提高。 ' 发明内容
本发明的目的在于, 克服现有技术存在的缺陷, 而提供一种新型的蜂 窝砖及其加工方法, 所要解决的技术问题是使其可保持砖体原有特性且轻 便实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。 依据 本发明提出的一种蜂窝砖, 包括砖体, 所述砖体由蜂窝芯块和经防水处理 的纸板构成, 所述纸板封固在蜂窝芯块的外表面, 在纸板外表面设有采用 建筑材将砖体包藏的外砖面。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。 前述的一种蜂窝砖, 其中所述的外砖面与砖体为模压成型。
前述的一种蜂窝砖, 其中所述的封固在蜂窝芯块上的纸板的外表面均 布有向上的袄凸楞。
前述的一种蜂窝砖, 其中所述的外砖面的厚度为 0. 5 - 1. 5厘米。 本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下技术方案来实现。 依据本 发明提出的一种根据权利要求 1所述的蜂窝砖的加工方法, 包括如下步骤: ( 1 )按要求整件加工具一定厚度的蜂窝纸芯; ( 2 )在每件蜂窝纸芯上下表 面固封经防水处理的纸板, 并形成中空的蜂窝腔; (3 )通过分切机将上述 固封有纸板的蜂窝纸芯加工至略小于标准建筑用砖尺寸的砖体; (4 )将上 述转体置入预设的模腔中灌注外砖材料面; (5 ) 卸模并经自然干燥定型。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。 由以上技术方案 可知,本发明的主要技术内容如下:
为了达到上述目的, 本发明提供了一种蜂窝砖, 包括砖体, 所述砖体 由蜂窝芯块和经防水处理的纸板构成, 所述纸板封固在蜂窝芯块的外表面, 在纸板的外表面设有采用建筑材料将砖体包藏的外砖面。
进一步地: 上述外砖面与砖体为模压成型。
进一步地: 上述封固在蜂窝芯块上的纸板的外表面均布有向上的凸楞。 另外,为了达到上述目的, 本发明另提供了一种加工方法, 包括如下步 骤:
( 1 )按要求整件加工具一定厚度的蜂窝纸芯;
( 2 )在每件蜂窝纸芯上下表面固封经防水处理的纸板, 并形成中空的 蜂窝腔;
( 3 )通过分切机将上述固封有纸板的蜂窝纸芯加工至略小于标准建筑 用砖尺寸的砖体;
( 4 )将上述砖体置入预设的模腔中灌注外砖材料面;
( 5 ) 卸模并经自然干燥定型。
借由上述技术方案, 本发明一种蜂窝砖及其加工方法至少具有下列优 点及有益效果:
本发明由于采用了具较高承载力及抗压的蜂窝结构的纸件作为砖的主 基体, 附以普通建筑建材的外砖面, 在实现砖体功能性要求同时, 在蜂窝 芯外封纸板结构形成的中空腔, 减少材料的使用量, 并大幅降低单体砖体 的重量, 这样不仅降低了砖的制造成本, 而且减少施工人员的劳动强度, 更重要的是使在建筑设计的总体上有了更大的设计空间, 特别适用框架结 构楼宇内墙应用。 此外, 轻便的纸材还具环保的优点。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功 效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的一种峰窝砖及其加工 方法其具体实施方式、 结构、 加工方法、 步驟、 特征及其功效, 详细说明 如后。
本发明如图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示, 一种蜂窝砖, 包括砖体, 所述砖体 由蜂窝芯块 1和经防水处理的纸板 2构成, 所述纸板 2封固在蜂窝芯块 1 的外表面, 在纸板 2报的外表面设有采用建筑材料将砖体 1包藏的外砖面 3。 上述外砖面所用的建筑材料可以是一般的砖体材料, 也可是具较好抗 压防水的混凝土。
上述外砖面 3与砖体 1为模压成型。 其模压成型的方式可以是模腔整 体成型, 也可采用将外砖面分为两部与砖体套嵌封藏的结构, 为使外砖面 与砖体的结合更为牢固可靠。 上述封固在蜂窝芯块 1上的纸板 2的外表面 均布有向上的凹凸楞 2 a。 上述外砖面 3的厚度为 0, 5—1. 5厘米。
一种根据上述蜂窝砖的加工方法, 包括如下步骤:
( 1 )按要求整件加工具一定厚度的蜂窝纸芯;
( 2 )在每件蜂窝纸芯上下表面固封经防水处理的紙板, 并形成中空的 蜂窝腔。
( 3 )通过分切机将上述固封有纸板的蜂窝板块加工至略小于标准建筑 用砖尺寸的砖体;
( 4 )将上述砖体置入预设的模腔中灌注普通砖体材料外砖面;
( 5 ) 卸模并经自然干燥定型。
在蜂窝砖的实施制作中, 上述纸板 2的厚度也可根据实际情况予以改 变, 通常其厚度可控制在 0. 3-0. 8厘米, 上述水泥外砖面既可是整型灌注, 也可采用纵或横向的分型灌注, 既可是单模制作, 也可以釆用多模式在压 砖机与输送带配合下的自动化生产, 当然本发明所述的纸板也可以用其它 板件材料所替代, 其只要能与蜂窝芯封固并形成蜂窝^与外部的隔置状态 既可。 本发明上述的外砖面可以是水泥, 同时也可以是其它具常温固的建 筑材料, 总之, 对上述蜂窝芯、 纸板、 外墙面三者的上述结构组合及采用 上述加工方法, 应均视为落入本发明的权利范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种蜂窝砖, 包括转体, 其特征在于所述砖体由蜂窝芯块(1) 和 经防水处理的纸板 ( 2 )构成, 所述纸板 ( 2 )封固在蜂窝芯块 ( 1 ) 的外表 面, 在纸板(2)外表面设有采用建筑材将 ^体 (1) 包藏的外砖面 (3)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的蜂窝砖, 其特征在于上述外砖面 (3) 与砖 体(1) 为模压成型。
3、 根据权利 1所述的蜂窝砖, 其特征在于上述封固在蜂窝芯块( 1 ) 上的纸板 (2) 的外表面均布有向上的袄凸楞(2a)。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的蜂窝砖, 其特征在于上述外砖面 (3) 的厚 度为 0.5- 1.5厘米。
5、 一种才艮据权利要求 1所述的蜂窝砖的加工方法, 其特征在于其包括 如下步骤:
( 1 )按要求整件加工具一定厚度的蜂窝纸芯;
(2)在每件蜂窝纸芯上下表面固封经防水处理的纸板, 并形成中空的 蜂窝腔;
(3)通过分切机将上述固封有纸板的蜂窝纸芯加工至略小于标准建筑 用砖尺寸的砖体;
( 4 )将上述砖体置入预设的模腔中灌注外砖材料面;
(5) 卸模并经自然干燥定型。
