Abstract

 本発明の電圧制御発振器は、電源と接地との間に設けられたインダクタ7aと、インダクタ7aと共に共振回路を構成する可変容量部56とを有する。可変容量部56には、容量を変化させるために電圧が印加される第1および第2の制御端子1、2が設けられている。そして、可変容量部56は、一方の端子が第1の制御端子1に接続され、他方の端子が第2の制御端子2に接続された第1の可変容量素子9aと、一方の端子が第2の制御端子2に接続され、他方の端子がインダクタと接地との間に接続された第2の可変容量素子10aとを含む構成である。
