Abstract

【課題】 膜型イオントフォレーシス装置における薬物イオンの移行量を予測する。 【解決手段】 第1イオン交換膜を介して薬物イオンの投与を行う膜型イオントフォレーシス装置における薬物イオンの移行量Mを、膜型イオントフォレーシス装置を用い、第1イオン交換膜を生体皮膚に接触させない条件で電極への電圧の印加を行った場合の第1イオン交換膜から装置外部への薬物イオンの移行量Cと、所定濃度のリポソーム溶液と所定濃度の薬物イオンを含む薬液とを混合することにより生じる薬物イオンのリポソームへの移行量Rに基づいて予測する。
