固体撮像素子チップ32と、固体撮像素子チップ32に端子が接続されたFPC43と、FPC43の表面43iに実装された複数の電子部品70、71、72と、を具備し、FPC43は、固体撮像チップ32の背面32hの後方において、複数の電子部品70、71、72の実装面が複数層に構成されるとともに、各電子部品70、71、72がFPC43を介して重畳するよう、折り重ねられた状態で配設されていることを特徴とする。
