Abstract

Dans un procédé de séparation d'un mélange comprenant au moins du monoxyde de carbone, de l'hydrogène et du méthane dans lequel on sépare le mélange par un premier moyen de séparation (C1), on envoie au moins une fraction liquide de la cuve du moyen de séparation à une colonne d'épuisement (C2), on envoie au moins une partie de la fraction liquide de la colonne d'épuisement à une colonne de séparation CO/CH4 (C3) pour produire un débit liquide enrichi en méthane et un débit gazeux enrichi en monoxyde de carbone et on produit un débit gazeux riche en monoxyde de carbone, le procédé étant tenu en froid au moins partiellement par un cycle de monoxyde de carbone, ledit cycle assurant au moins partiellement la condensation en tête de la colonne de séparation CO/CH4 et/ou le rebouillage en cuve de la colonne d'épuisement et/ou le rebouillage en cuve de colonne de séparation CO/CH4 et/ou le refroidissement du mélangé destiné au premier moyen de séparation.
