Abstract

Dans un procédé de séparation par distillation cryogénique d'un mélange de hydrogène, de monoxyde de carbone et de méthane, on refroidit le mélange et' on envoie au moins une partie dans une colonne de lavage au CO liquide (5), on prélève un gaz en tête (7) de la colonne de lavage, on envoie le liquide de cuve de la colonne de lavage, éventuellement après épuration, à une colonne de séparation C0/CH4 (33), on soutire un liquide riche en CO (47, 59) de la colonne de séparation C0/CH4, on le pressurise (49) et on envoie en tête de la colonne de lavage (5), on utilise un cycle (85, 87, 89, 97, 99) pour fournir au moins une partie des frigories et on soutire un liquide riche en méthane (39) en cuve de la colonne de séparation C0/CH4 comme produit final (45).
