Description

薄膜式音源输出装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜式音源输出装置。 背景技术
市面上有各式各样的喇叭箱,但常用喇叭箱的构造不外乎是在箱体前侧设置有一个以上 的喇叭单体, 当喇叭单体开始运作时, 将声音释出, 从而消费者可聆听各种类型的音乐。
然而, 消费者所购置的喇叭箱, 大多数无法利用现有喇叭箱有效发挥声音的部分, 易造 成喇叭箱的声音无法产生共鸣, 其声音的音域也不广; 因此, 消费者花了大把的冤枉钱, 却 仍然无法获得聆听上的高级感受。 发明内容
针对上述问题所存在的不足,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种将由任何软性或弹性材质 的材料所制成的薄膜, 设置于音源输出装置的内、外侧任一侧的任一处或多处, 或者将结合 有一个以上薄膜的结合件, 设置于音源输出装置内、外侧任一侧的任一处或多处, 致使音源 输出装置可产生低音更加柔和、 音域更广的声音的薄膜式音源输出装置。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种可应用于各式类型音源输出装置, 或者是各式类型与 声音相关的产品, 从而有效提升产品的音质、音效、音域的表现, 以增加产品普及性、 实施 性及使用性的薄膜式音源输出装置。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种结构简单、 制作简便且低成本的薄膜式音源输出装置。 可达成上述发明目的的薄膜式音源输出装置, 包括有: 音源输出装置、喇叭单体及薄膜 等构件; 其中, 音源输出装置上任一侧设置有一个以上的喇叭单体或包覆式喇叭单体, 并于 音源输出装置的内侧面、外侧面的任一处或多处设置有一个以上的薄膜,或者是将结合有薄 膜的结合件设置于音源输出装置内侧面、外侧面的任一处或多处, 即形成本发明的薄膜式音 源输出装置;本发明利用音源输出装置上所设置的薄膜, 当音源输出装置的喇叭单体释放出 声音时, 薄膜受到声音的震动, 音源输出装置内将产生共鸣, 除了可让低音更加柔和外, 更 可有效增加音域的广度。
本发明所提供的薄膜式音源输出装置,与其它现有技术相互比较时,更具有下列的优点- 1. 本发明提供了一种将由任何软性或弹性材质的材料所制成的薄膜, 设置于音源输出装置 的内、夕卜侧任一侧的任一处或多处, 或者将结合有一个以上的薄膜的结合件, 设置于音源输 出装置内、外侧任一侧的任一处或多处, 致使音源输出装置可产生低音更加柔和、音域更广 的声音。
2. 本发明是提供了一种可应用于各式类型音源输出装置, 或者是各式类型与声音相关的产 品, 从而有效提升各产品的音质、音效、音域, 以增加产品的普及性、实施性及使用性的薄 膜式音源输出装置。

上述图 11A、 B、 C、 D、 E、 F、 G所述的耳机类型及应用型式, 可将一个以上的喇叭单 本 5反向设置皆可让声音同样达到共鸣的效果, 且该喇叭单体 5型式也可以是图 1A、 B、 C 所列举的包覆式喇叭单体 1型式。
另外, 图 11A、 B、 C、 D、 E、 F、 G各实施例所述的应用技术或前述图 1A、 B、 C〜图 10A、 B各实施例所述的各应用技术也可同时进行交互搭配等效实施应用于各种类型的耳机 上。
请参阅图 12A、 B、 C及图 13及图 14所示, 其为代表具有音源输出装置各类型电子产 品的实施应用, 以及由图 1〜图 12A、 B、 C所述的各应用技术, 皆可将本发明的各应用技 术应用于各式类型音源输出装置或各式类型电子产品上使用, 如: 耳机、喇叭单体、喇叭箱 体、 笔记型电脑、 显示器、行动电话、 一般电话、 车用音响、 车用喇叭箱、 家用音响、 家用 喇叭箱、 立体声喇叭箱等皆可实施; 如图 12A所示, 本发明是先以笔记型电脑 19为例, 是 在笔记型电脑 19预设的喇叭槽 20内侧面的任一侧的任一处或多处设置有至少一个以上的薄 膜 2, 再将一个以上的喇叭单体 5设置于喇叭槽 20的端面处; 另请参阅如图 12B所示, 是 在笔记型电脑 19预设的喇叭槽 20的内侧面的任一处或多处设置有一个以上的箱体 7(图中未 示出)或一个以上的具有薄膜的喇叭箱体 23,该箱体 7或具有薄膜的喇叭箱体 23的型式如图 2A、 B、 图 3A、 B、 C、 D、 E、 图 4、 图 5A、 B、 C、 D、 E、 F所示; 又请参阅如图 12C所 示, 是在笔记型电脑 19壳体任一侧的任一处或多处设置有至少一个以上的喇叭单体 (图中未 示出), 并在笔记型电脑 19壳体任一侧的任一处或多处开设有至少一个以上的透气孔 6, 并 于透气孔 6的内侧面、 外侧面任一侧的任一处或多处皆可设置有至少一个以上的薄膜 2; 再 请参阅图 13及图 14所示, 也可将本发明的应用技术或前述图 1至图 12的各应用技术同时 可应用于显示器 21或行动电话 22上,是在显示器 21或行动电话 22壳体任一侧的任一处或 多处设置有至少一个以上的喇叭单体 (图中未示出), 并于显示器 21或行动电话 22壳体任一 侧的任一处或多处开设有至少一个以上的透气孔 6, 并在透气孔 6的内侧面、 外侧面任一侧 的任一处或多处皆可设置有至少一个以上的薄膜 2, 同样可达到低音更加柔和及音域更广的 功效;上述笔记型电脑、显示器或行动电话的实施例也可应用于各类型音源输出装置或是各 式类型以声音有相关的产品上。
另外, 上述图 1〜图 14的实施方式, 根据前述图式的应用方式在各式类型音源输出装 置或各类电子产品薄膜设置位置的不同,可将薄膜 2以多料射出一体成型或其它方式,将薄 膜 2形成于前述各类型音源输出装置或各类电子产品所需设置的位置。
上列详细说明是针对本发明之可行实施例的具体说明,该实施例并非用以限制本发明的 专利范围,凡未脱离本发明概念和核心技术所模仿的等效置换物实施或设计变更,均应包含 于本发明的专利范围中。

权利要求
1、 一种薄膜式音源输出装置, 其特征在于: 其是将任何具有软性或弹性材质的材料所形成 的薄膜,以一种以上的适当形忒设置于各类型音源输出装置或各类型与声音相关的产品的适 当位置处, 即为薄膜式音源输出装置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述簿膜设置方式,是将一个 以上的薄膜设置在至少一种以上形式的任何适当位置,并可相互搭配组合应用,等效实施于 各类型音源输出装置或是各类型与声音相关产品的音源输出装置上。
3、 一种薄膜式音源输出装置, 其特征在于: 其包括:
包覆式喇叭单体, 该包覆式喇叭单体前侧面、后侧面或任一侧面的任一处或多处, 设置有至 少一个以上的薄膜。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述包覆式喇叭单体的周围向 任一侧方向延伸设置出一板体, 形成一包覆式喇叭箱体。
5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜是将至少一个以 上的薄膜与音源输出装置的结构, 同时以多料射出一体成型方式设置。
6、 '如权利要求 3所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜由任何具有软性或弹 性材质的材料所制成。
7、 如权利要求 3项所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于: 薄膜可应用于各类型音 源输出装置或各类型与声音相关产品的音源输出装置上。
8、 一种薄膜式音源输出装置, 其特征在于: 其包括:
具有薄膜的喇叭箱体, 一个以上的喇叭单体周围向任一侧方向延伸设置一板体,并于板体任 一侧的任一处或多处形成有至少一个以上的透气孔,在透气孔内侧面、夕卜侧面的任一侧的任 一处或多处设置有至少一个以上的薄膜。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述具有薄膜的喇叭箱体设置 于箱体内任一侧面的任一处或多处所凹设的容置槽孔内。
10、 如权利耍求 8或 9所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜是将至少一个以 上的薄膜与音源输出装置的结构, 同时以多料射出一体成型方式设置。
11、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述喇叭单体是包覆式喇 叭单体。
12、 如权利要求 8所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜由任何具有软性或弹 性材质的材料所制成。
13、 如权利耍求 8所述的薄膜式音源输出装置,其特征在于:所述薄膜可应用于各类型音源 输出装置或各类型与声音相关产品的音源输出装置上。
14、 一种薄膜式音源输出装置, 其特征在于: 其包括:
具有薄膜的喇叭箱体, 一个以上的喇叭单体前侧的任一处或多处设置有至少一个以上的薄 膜, 并于喇叭单体周围向任一侧方向延伸设置出一板体。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的薄膜式音源输出装置, 其特征在于: 所述具有薄膜的喇叭箱体设 置于箱体内任一侧面的任一处或多处所凹设的容置槽孔内。

箱体, 该箱体任一侧面的任一处或多处向内凹设形成至少一个以上的容置槽孔, 并在容置槽 孔内侧面、夕卜侧面的任一侧的任一处或多处设置有至少一个以上的薄膜,一个以上的喇叭单 体正向设置或反向设置于容置槽孔内。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的薄膜式音源输出装置, 其特征在于: 所述薄膜是将至少一个以上 的薄膜与音源输出装置的结构, 同时以多料射出一体成型方式设置。

箱体, 该箱体任一侧面的任一处或多处是可正向设置或反向设置有至少一个以上的喇叭单 体, 并于箱体内、夕卜侧的任一侧的任一处或多处设置有至少一个以上的支架, 且该支架系可 开设或不开设有一个以上的透孔,并在支架上的任一侧的任一处或多处设置有一个以上的薄 膜。
