Abstract
本发明公开了一种集成化扬声器及其制造方法,以及包括集成化扬声器的音箱。该集成化扬声器包括至少一个喇叭系统;至少一被动音效器;以及集成壳体,该集成壳体形成一振动腔,当该喇叭系统接收到音频信号产生振动时,带动该振动腔内的空气振动,该振动腔内的空气进一步使该被动音效器振动,从而该喇叭系统与该被动音效器一起振动产生音效。本发明的集成化扬声器体积小巧、厚度薄,结构简单,能够增强低音。为保证音响有优良的音质效果,本发明采用嵌入射出一体式制造工艺,最大限度的保证音响的音质效果,大大缩短了工时,提高了生产效率。

集成化扬声器, 音箱及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种扬声器,特别涉及一种集成有喇叭和被动音效器的集成化扬 声器及其制造方法, 以及由集成化扬声器制成的音箱。

背景技术
大量应用在高保真音响方面的扬声器大多采用的是电动式扬声器, 同时, 为 取得更好的音质效果, 常常会在音箱上设置一书个被动辐射器; 现有的传统工艺只 是简单的将被动辐射器螺接固定在音箱上, 从而取得增强低音的效果, 由上述方 法制作的音响被动辐射器的辅助低音效果差,若提高音质, 则需要增大音箱的体 积, 而此时, 较大体积的音箱不仅不便于携带, 而且摆放时占用空间较大; 除上 述采用螺接的方法安装被动辐射器外,还可采用胶水粘结的方法,采用此方法时, 不仅操作麻烦, 加工要求高, 费工费时, 而且, 时间久了之后, 胶水层容易老化, 影响音响的音质。
目前的一些平板电脑、 智能手机等越来越趋向于薄、 轻、 巧, 同时, 还要求 这些电子数码产品有高质量的音效。但由于扬声器具有一定的厚度, 在减少扬声 器厚度的同时还要使其具有良好的音效, 这是目前所面临的难题。 同时, 由于一 些薄型平板电脑、 智能手机等自带的音响效果不理想, 难以满足现代人的需求。
另外,现有的扬声器一般由厂家定制, 不能让消费者或多媒体制造商根据自 己的需要来组合搭配得到自己想要的音质效果的音箱。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是针对现有技术所存在的上述问题, 特提供一种体积小 巧、 厚度薄, 结构简单, 增强了低音效果, 可作为现代平板电脑或者智能手机等 音源设备的内置扬声器或者外置扬声器的集成化扬声器。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种集成化扬声器,其通过至少一个喇叭系统带 动至少一个被动音效器,产生纯净的音效, 所述被动音效器的设置有利于改善整
个音效装置的低音效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种集成化扬声器,其中借助于所述被动音效器 和所述喇叭系统的搭配设计,所述音效装置可以达到更好的低音效果, 从而所述 集成化扬声器不需要再进行复杂的内部结构的设计,从而使所述集成化扬声器的 体积和尺寸更小, 厚度更薄, 方便存储、 运输和携带。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种集成化扬声器, 其可以和其他的被动音效 器, 其他音箱, 集成化扬声器等搭配使用, 集成化扬声器上也可以通过设置多个 喇叭系统和多个被动音效器来达到所需要的音质效果。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种集成化扬声器的制造方法,其采用将喇叭、 被动音效器、模组面板等嵌入一体射出制造工艺形成集成化扬声器, 此集成化扬 声器腔体容积都按喇叭系统、被动音效器参数特性最佳音质表现设计, 不仅最大 限度的保证音响的音质效果, 而且现代化的工艺和模具技术的应用, 大大縮短的 工时, 提高了生产效率。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种由集成化扬声器制造的音箱, 其根据不同 尺寸喇叭参数和外形, 搭配与之相配的被动音效器和壳体, 形成多种可选择的集 成化扬声器,然后让一些多媒体制造商可以将不同的集成化扬声器择其所需, 只 需额外设计不同的外箱,将音箱模组直接放入自己设计的不同外观外壳中, 加入 蓝牙、 无线、 耳放等不同功能模块, 就可以变成一个功能强大、 体积超小型、 音 质好的便携式音箱。 让不懂声学的设计师也可以轻易设计出所需的音箱。
为达到以上目的, 本发明提供一种集成化扬声器, 其包括:
至少一喇叭系统;
至少一被动音效器; 以及
一集成壳体, 所述集成壳体形成一振动腔, 当所述喇叭系统接收到音频信号 产生振动时, 带动所述振动腔内的空气振动, 所述振动腔内的空气进一步使所述 被动音效器振动, 从而所述喇叭系统与所述被动音效器一起振动产生音效。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述集成壳体包括一集成面板和一安装面板, 以形 成所述振动腔, 所述喇叭系统和所述被动音效器与所述集成面板一体地安装。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述喇叭系统和所述被动音效器邻近地设置, 并且 安装在所述集成壳体的同一侧或分别安装在所述集成壳体的相反两侧。
根据本发明的一个实例,所述喇叭系统包括一振动元件以及围绕所述振动元
件的一悬边,所述悬边与所述集成面板一体连接, 从而将所述喇叭系统与所述集 成面板一体地安装。

根据本发明的一个实例,所述被动音效器包括位于中间的一振动加重块以及 位于所述振动加重块周围的一弹性悬边,所述弹性悬边与所述集成面板连接在一 起。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述集成化扬声器还包括一功放系统, 以用于从音 源设备或其他的音响设备接收音频信号并使所述喇叭系统振动产生声音,所述功 放系统包括一无线网络模块, 以用于与音源设备或其他的音响设备进行无线联 接。所述无线网络模块选自蓝牙模块、近场通信模块、 以及 WIFI模块中的一种。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述集成化扬声器还包括一连接界面元件, 以用于 与音源设备或其他的音响设备有线连接。
本发明还提供一种集成化扬声器的制造方法, 其包括如下步骤:
(a) 形成具有至少一喇叭系统安装孔, 至少一被动音效器安装孔的一集成 面板;
(b) 将至少一喇叭系统和至少一被动音效器对应地安装于所述喇叭系统安 装孔以及所述被动音效器安装孔; 以及
(c) 一安装面板与所述集成面板安装以形成具有一振动腔的集成壳体; 其 中当所述喇叭系统接收到音频信号产生振动时, 带动所述振动腔内的空气振动, 所述振动腔内的空气进一步使所述被动音效器振动,从而所述喇叭系统与所述被 动音效器一起振动产生音效。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述步骤 (b) 还包括步骤:
(b.l ) 将至少一振膜, 至少一振动加重块, 以及上述集成面板放在一橡胶 射出模具中, 经由注塑机一起嵌入射出成型, 以使所述振膜形成一振动元件, 同 时形成位于所述振动元件周围的悬边,并将所述振动元件和所述集成面板紧密结 合在一起, 并且同时形成一个弹性悬边, 以将所述振动加重块与所述模组面板紧 密结合, 这样, 通过这次橡胶成型, 三者组合成具有至少一所述振动元件和至少 一所述被动音效器的模组板;
(b.2) 将至少一音圈安装于对应的所述振动元件; 以及
(b.3) 将至少一磁回系统对应地安装在所述集成面板上, 以与所述音圈, 所述振动元件, 所述悬边形成所述喇叭系统。
根据本发明的一个实例, 在所述步骤 (b.l ) 中, 橡胶将振膜包覆起来以形 成振动元件, 并且所述振动加重块也由橡胶包覆。
根据本发明的一个实例, 在所述步骤 (a) 中, 所述集成面板上形成有安装 构件, 在所述步骤 (b.3 ) 中, 所述磁回系统上形成有安装框架, 所述安装框架 与所述安装构件连接, 从而使所述磁回系统与所述集成面板安装在一起。
根据本发明的一个实例, 在所述步骤 (b.3 ) 中, 所述磁回系统通过扣接、 螺丝固定、 铆接、 超声波、 热压或熔接的方式安装在所述集成面板上。

本发明还提供一种音箱, 其包括:

设置在所述箱体中的至少一集成化扬声器,所述集成化扬声器包括至少一喇 叭系统, 以及至少一被动音效器; 其中所述集成化扬声器形成一振动腔, 当所述 喇叭系统接收到音频信号产生振动时, 带动所述振动腔内的空气振动, 所述振动 腔内的空气进一步使所述被动音效器振动,从而所述喇叭系统与所述被动音效器 一起振动产生音效。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述音箱包括两个所述集成化扬声器, 两个所述集 成化扬声器在所述箱体内平行地排列, 或串接在一起, 或对称地位于所述箱体的 相反两侧, 或者安装方向相反地以对扣的方式分别组装在所述箱体的正反两侧。
根据本发明的一个实例, 所述音箱包括三个或多个所述集成化扬声器, 并且
三个或多个所述集成化扬声器分别安装在所述箱体的多个侧面。
根据本发明的一个实例, 每个所述集成化扬声器具有独立的振动腔。

如图 1至图 4所示是根据本发明的一个优选实施例的集成化扬声器,其包括 一个集成壳体 100, 至少一个喇叭系统 200, 以及至少一个被动音效器 300。 所 述喇叭系统 200与所述被动音效器 300安装在所述集成壳体 100上并用于振动发 声, 从而提供音效。
更具体地, 如图 1和图 2所示, 在本优选实施例中, 所述集成化扬声器包括
一个所述喇叭系统 200以及一个所述被动音效器 300。所述集成壳体 100包括一 个集成面板 110以及一个安装面板 120, 并且所述集成面板 110以及所述安装面 板 120安装在一起以使所述集成壳体 100形成一个振动腔 130。 当所述喇叭系统 200在有音源信号输入时, 所述喇叭系统 200振动产生声音, 并且带动所述振动 腔 130的空气振动,从而振动的空气进一步带动所述被动音效器 300振动以使所 述被动音效器 300振动发声,从而所述喇叭系统 200与所述被动音效器 300—起 振动产生音效。

值得一提的是,所述被动音效器 300包括位于中间的振动加重块 310以及位 于所述振动加重块 310周围的弹性悬边 320, 所述弹性悬边 320与所述集成面板 100连接在一起。 所述被动音效器改善了所述集成化扬声器的音质效果, 特别是 低音效果。从而, 本发明的所述集成化扬声器只需要将一个所述喇叭系统 200和 一个所述被动音效器 300组装在一起, 便可以提供理想的音效, 并且结构简单, 体积小巧, 方便携带。
更具体地, 所述喇叭系统 200包括一振动元件 210, 所述振动元件 210可以 是喇叭振膜, 或鼓纸等, 所述喇叭系统 200进一步包括一个悬边 220, 一个音圈 230, 以及一磁回系统 240。 所述振动元件 210通过所述悬边 220安装在所述集 成面板 110上。在有音频信号输入时, 所述音圈 230在所述磁回系统 240的磁场 作用下来回运动, 从而带动所述振动元件 210振动以发声, 同时邻近所述振动元
件 210的所述被动振动器 300在所述被动腔 132内的空气的作用下也被带动而振 动发声, 以提供辅助音效。
所述喇叭系统 200和所述被动音效器 300安装在所述集成面板 110上,所述 磁回系统 230安装在一个安装框架 250上,并且所述集成面板 110与所述安装框 架 250相连接, 例如如图中所示的卡扣连接。 也就是说, 所述集成面板 110上形 成传统扬声器的上盆架,所述安装框架 250提供了传统扬声器中的下盆架, 两者 相连接以组装成整个所述喇叭系统 200, 连接方式也可以是热压、 超音波或熔接 等方法。 同时, 所述喇叭系统 200, 所述被动音效器 300与所述集成壳体 100组 装成整个集成化扬声器。
如图 3 所示是根据本发明的上述优选实施例的集成化扬声器的制作工艺流 程图。 如图 3所示, 先经由注塑机制作一个集成面板 100, 所述集成面板 100上 具有喇叭系统安装孔 140, 被动音效器安装孔 150, 以及安装构件 160。 所述安 装构件可以是多个卡脚, 并相当于传统的喇叭的上盆架。
然后将振动元件 210, 也就是本实施例中的图中所示的铝振膜, 所述被动音 效器 300的一个振动加重块 310, 以及上述集成面板 100放在橡胶射出模具中, 经由注塑机一起嵌入射出成型, 橡胶将铝振膜包覆起来形成所述振动元件 210, 同时橡胶也形成所述悬边 220, 以将所述振动元件 210和所述集成面板 100紧密 结合在一起。 同理, 所述振动加重块 310由橡胶包覆, 并且同时形成一个弹性悬 边 320, 以将所述振动加重块 221与所述模组面板紧密结合。 这样, 通过这次橡 胶成型, 三者组合成具有所述振动元件 210和所述被动音效器 300的模组板。
然后将所述音圈 230与上述模组板连接,所述音圈 230设置在所述振动元件 210处。所述磁回系统 240通过 U铁、 磁铁、 极片等经由塑料嵌入射出模具成一 体,成为一个含有安装框架 250的磁回组件, 然后所述磁回组件的所述安装框架 250 (相当于传统扬声器的下盆架) 与上述模组板的安装构件 160 (相当于传统 扬声器的上盆架)相连接, 例如通过卡扣连接, 然后通过热压融合在一起, 也可 以通过超音波、 热熔或其他方法固定在一起, 从而形成带有完整所述喇叭系统 200和所述被动音效器 300的集成化模组。然后将注塑好的安装壳体 120与所述 集成面板 110组装在一起, 形成所述振动腔 130, 从而得到整个集成化扬声器。
所述集成化扬声器的制作过程中还安装有一个功放系统,所述功放系统中设 置有无线网络模块 170如蓝牙模块、 近场通讯模块、 WIFI模块的步骤, 这样所
述集成化扬声器可以通过无线连接的方式与其他的音源设备或音响设备交换数 据信息。当音源设备发出指令并传输数据给所述集成化扬声器时, 所述集成化扬 声器便可以根据要求播放声音。
所述集成化扬声器上的功放系统也可以设置有连接界面元件 180, 用于与其 他音源设备或音响设备通过有线连接的方式来交换数据。例如通过有线连接与电 脑、 手机、 个人数字助理、 MP3、 MP4、 MP5和带音源的其他音箱等连接, 以应 这些音源设备或音箱的要求来播放音乐或其他声音。
如图 4所示,本发明的所述集成化扬声器可以与一个笔记本电脑通过蓝牙方 式无线连接, 当使用者需要播放笔记本中的声音文件时, 声音信息通过蓝牙的方 式传送给所述集成化扬声器,所述集成化扬声器收到音频信号便可以播放这些声 音文件。 并且因为本发明的所述集成化扬声器体积小巧, 从而方便携带和使用, 因为所述喇叭系统 200和所述被动音效器 300的搭配,音质效果又能得到很好的 保证。
本发明的集成化扬声器的所述喇叭系统 200的所述振动元件 210, 所述悬边 220以及所述被动扬声器 300的所述振动加重块 310以及所述弹性悬边 320都可 以制作成各种形状,在本优选实施例中,所述喇叭系统 200的所述振动元件 210, 所述悬边 220可以是圆形,所述被动扬声器 300的所述振动加重块 310是长方形, 所述弹性悬边 320可以是椭圆形。
图 5A所示是本发明的集成化扬声器的一个变形实施方式, 如图中所示, 所 述被动扬声器 300的所述振动加重块 310以及所述弹性悬边 320都呈圆满形。所 述喇叭系统 200的所述振动元件 210上包覆的橡胶形成梅花瓣图案,这样即节省 了材料, 又更美观。
值得一提的是,本发明的集成化扬声器也可以让使用者通过搭配不同数目不 同形状的喇叭系统 200和被动音效器 300来调整音质的效果。 具体地, 如图 5B 和图 5C所示, 本发明的集成化扬声器包括了两个所述喇叭系统 200和两个所述 被动音效器 300。 作为举例, 两个所述喇叭系统 200位于最外侧, 两个所述被动 音效器 300位于中间。
另外,发明的集成化扬声器可以作为一个声音播放单元, 与其他音响设备搭 配来得到不同的音响效果。 图 5B和图 5C所示的实施例, 也可以进一步变形为 具有一个所述喇叭系统 200和一个所述被动音效器 300的集成化扬声器的串联对
接, 也就是说, 两个所述集成化扬声器可以通过有线连接的方式对接, 来提供特 定的音效。在其他的实施方式中, 多个所述集成化扬声器也可以通过无线连接的 方式联接。一个所述喇叭系统 200也可以带动两个或多个不同形状大小的所述被 动音效器 300来一起工作。
如图 5D, 5E和 5F所示, 本发明的所述集成化扬声器也可以不同的方式安 装一个箱体 400中形成能提供不同音效的音箱。也就是说, 每一个所述集成化扬 声器可以作为一个单独的配件卖给使用者,使用者可以组合不同数目的所述集成 化扬声器来达到自己满意的音质效果。 作为举例, 如图 5D所示中的音箱, 其包 括两个所述集成化扬声器,每个所述集成化扬声器具有一个所述喇叭系统 200和 一个所述被动音效器 300。 两个所述集成化扬声器面对面对称地设备。 如图 5E 中所述, 两个所述集成化扬声器可以面对面互相错开的设置, 也就是说一个集成 化扬声器的喇叭系统朝向另一个集成化扬声器的被动音效器设置,这样错开地安 排有利于减少整个音箱的体积。 如图 5F所示, 可以在音箱的更多面上设置所述 集成化扬声器, 如图中的左右前后各设置有一个所述集成化扬声器。
另外需要提到的是, 多个所述集成化扬声器在组装时, 可以使每个所述集成 化扬声器形成自己独有的所述振动腔 130。 当然, 几个所述集成化扬声器也可以 共用一个所述振动腔 130, 但是需要保证的是多个所述集成化扬声器的各个所述 喇叭系统 200鼓动空气运动的方向相同,这样使得对应的所述被动音效器 300不 会产生低音的混音效果。
在图 1至图 4中所示的实施例中, 所述喇叭系统 200与所述被动音效器 300 设置在所述集成面板 110的一侧。 如图 5G所示, 作为另外一种变形实施方式, 所述喇叭系统 200与所述被动音效器 300也可以设置在相反的两侧,类似地, 当 所述喇叭系统 200产生振动时,振动腔内的空气的运动直接会带动位于另一侧的 所述被动音效器 300以振动发声。
如图 6至 9所示是根据本发明另外一个实施例的扬声器, 包括一音箱模组, 该音箱模组包括有喇叭 1、 被动辐射器 2及音箱面板 3, 其中:
上述音箱面板 3上设有一安装孔 4, 上述喇叭 1设置在该安装孔 4处并与音 箱面板 3通过嵌入射出成型形成一体;上述安装孔 4一侧的音箱面板 3上设有一 安装副孔 5, 上述被动辐射器 2设置在该安装副孔 5内并通过嵌入射出成型与音 箱面板 3形成一体; 上述喇叭 1包括有振膜、 悬边及外缘盆架, 上述振膜、 悬边
及外缘盆架通过一体射出成振动鼓纸; 上述振膜与音箱面板 3嵌入射出成型; 上 述喇叭 1还包括有音圈及喇叭 1磁回系统, 上述喇叭 1振动鼓纸与音圈及喇叭 1 磁回系统相连接。
上述被动辐射器 2由橡胶悬边 6及加重块 7组成,上述橡胶悬边 6和加重块 7—体射出成一体, 橡胶悬边 6披覆在加重块 7表面。
还包括有与上述音箱面板 3相匹配的后腔体 9, 该后腔体 9上开有容纳上述 喇叭 1配合的通孔; 上述喇叭 1及被动辐射器 2大部分设置在后腔体 9内。
本实施例的音箱模组设置在该支架上, 该支架包括有相互铰接的上支架 10 及下支架 11, 其下支架 11设有与上支架 10对应的配合槽 12, 上述上支架 10上 开有模组安装孔 13, 上支架 10的一侧面设有与模组安装孔 13相通的卡槽 14, 上述后腔体 9的两端面设有与卡槽 14配合卡接的卡块 15, 上述音箱模组设置在 模组安装孔 13内并通过螺栓固定; 其卡槽 14内设有凸块, 该凸块的上表面开有 一螺纹孔, 将装配有音箱模组的后腔体 9安装到模组安装孔 13内, 将设置在后 腔体 9两端的卡块 15卡接在卡槽 14内, 并可以通过螺栓紧固, 以防止装有音箱 模组的后腔体 9脱落。
上述上支架 10与下支架 11通过一插销相互铰接。
上述设置在音箱面板 3上的喇叭 1及被动辐射突出音箱面板 3的上表面,上 述下支架 11的配合槽 12内设置有与喇叭 1及被动辐射器 2相配合的容纳槽 16。 与喇叭 1相配合的容纳槽 16为圆形,与被动辐射器 2相配合的容纳槽 16为方形。
上述连接模块设于该音箱模组的一侧,与该喇叭 1相连接,其具有一连接孔, 以供与电子产品数据线相连接, 作为电子产品的外置扬声器使用。
进一步, 该连接模块为一蓝牙模块 17, 与电子产品进行蓝牙无线连接。 一种扬声器的制造方法:
将喇叭 1的振膜和悬边及外缘盆架通过一体射出成型为振动鼓纸; 将加重块 Ί放入模具中,通过射出工艺将橡胶披覆在加重块 Ί表面, 并同时 形成橡胶悬边 6, 形成带有橡胶悬边 6的被动辐射器 2;
将振动鼓纸及被动辐射器 2放入音箱面板 3模具中通过注塑嵌入射出成音箱 面板 3, 其振动鼓纸、 被动辐射器 2及音箱面板 3通过嵌入射出制成一体, 成为 带有振动鼓纸和被动辐射器 2的音箱模组;
将喇叭 1的磁回零件经由磁回模具嵌入射出成一体, 形成磁回系统;
将磁回系统和振动鼓纸进行组装, 采用扣接、锁螺丝、超声波或热熔方式固 定,将音箱面板上振动鼓纸和的磁回系统装配成一体, 变成带有完整喇叭 1结构 的音箱模组;
单独注塑出与音箱面板 3搭配的后腔体 9;
将完整的音箱模组安装在后腔内并与后腔完全匹配,采用热熔或者铆接、超 音波、 锁螺丝等方式结合在一起, 形成一个完整的带后腔的音箱模组;
将完整的音箱模组组装配到支架上, 并通过螺栓将后盖固定在支架上。 上述音箱面板通过嵌入射出与振动鼓纸和被动辐射器 2结合固定在一起;上 述音箱面板 3通过超声波融合、旋卡、热熔或者铆接与后腔体 9结合固定在一起 形成完整的音箱模组
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本发明的实施例只作为 举例而并不限制本发明。
由此可见,本发明之目的已经完整并有效的予以实现。本发明的功能及结构 原理已在实施例中予以展示和说明,在不背离所述原理下, 实施方式可作任意修 改。所以,本发明包括了基于权利要求精神及权利要求范围的所有变形实施方式。
Claims
1、 一种集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 包括:
至少一喇叭系统;
至少一被动音效器; 以及
一集成壳体, 所述集成壳体形成一振动腔, 当所述喇叭系统接收到音频信号 产生振动时, 带动所述振动腔内的空气振动, 所述振动腔内的空气进一步使所述 被动音效器振动, 从而所述喇叭系统与所述被动音效器一起振动产生音效。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述集成壳体包括一集成 面板和一安装面板, 以形成所述振动腔, 所述喇叭系统和所述被动音效器与所述 集成面板一体地安装。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述喇叭系统和所述被动 音效器邻近地设置,并且安装在所述集成壳体的同一侧或分别安装在所述集成壳 体的相反两侧。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述喇叭系统包括一振动 元件以及围绕所述振动元件的一悬边,所述悬边与所述集成面板一体连接, 从而 将所述喇叭系统与所述集成面板一体地安装。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述喇叭系统还包括一音 圈以及一磁回系统,所述音圈与所述振动元件连接, 所述音圈在所述磁回系统的 作用下运动以带动所述振动元件振动。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 藉由所述集成壳体, 所述 振动腔分为一喇叭振动腔和一被动振动腔,所述喇叭系统和所述被动音效器分别 安装于所述喇叭振动腔和所述被动振动腔中, 并且设置在所述集成壳体内, 所述 喇叭振动腔与所述被动振动腔相互连通, 从而当所述喇叭系统振动, 使所述喇叭 振动腔内的空气振动时,所述喇叭振动腔内的空气振动带动所述被动振动腔的空 气振动,从而所述被动振动腔内的空气振动进一步带动所述被动音效器振动以使 所述被动音效器振动, 从而所述喇叭系统与所述被动音效器一起振动产生音效。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述被动音效器包括位于 中间的一振动加重块以及位于所述振动加重块周围的一弹性悬边,所述弹性悬边 与所述集成面板连接在一起。
8、 如权利要求 1至 7中任一所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 还包括一功放 系统,以用于从音源设备或其他的音响设备接收音频信号并使所述喇叭系统振动 产生声音。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述功放系统包括一无线 网络模块, 以用于与音源设备或其他的音响设备进行无线联接。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 所述无线网络模块选自 蓝牙模块、 近场通信模块、 以及 WIFI模块中的一种。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的集成化扬声器, 其特征在于, 还包括一连接界面元件, 以用于与音源设备或其他的音响设备有线连接。
12、 一种集成化扬声器的制造方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤:
(a) 形成具有至少一喇叭系统安装孔, 至少一被动音效器安装孔的一集成 面板;
(b) 将至少一喇叭系统和至少一被动音效器对应地安装于所述喇叭系统安 装孔以及所述被动音效器安装孔; 以及
(c) 一安装面板与所述集成面板安装以形成具有一振动腔的集成壳体; 其 中当所述喇叭系统接收到音频信号产生振动时, 带动所述振动腔内的空气振动, 所述振动腔内的空气进一步使所述被动音效器振动,从而所述喇叭系统与所述被 动音效器一起振动产生音效。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 (b) 还包括步骤:
(b.l ) 将至少一振膜, 至少一振动加重块, 以及上述集成面板放在一橡胶 射出模具中, 经由注塑机一起嵌入射出成型, 以使所述振膜形成一振动元件, 同 时形成位于所述振动元件周围的悬边,并将所述振动元件和所述集成面板紧密结 合在一起, 并且同时形成一个弹性悬边, 以将所述振动加重块与所述模组面板紧 密结合, 这样, 通过这次橡胶成型, 三者组合成具有至少一所述振动元件和至少 一所述被动音效器的模组板;
(b.2) 将至少一音圈安装于对应的所述振动元件; 以及
(b.3 ) 将至少一磁回系统对应地安装在所述集成面板上, 以与所述音圈, 所述振动元件, 所述悬边形成所述喇叭系统。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤 (b.l ) 中, 橡胶将振 膜包覆起来以形成振动元件, 并且所述振动加重块也由橡胶包覆。
15、 如权利要求 13或 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤 (a) 中, 所述 集成面板上形成有安装构件, 在所述步骤 (b.3 ) 中, 所述磁回系统上形成有安 装框架,所述安装框架与所述安装构件连接, 从而使所述磁回系统与所述集成面 板安装在一起。
16、 如权利要求 13或 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤 (b.3 ) 中, 所 述磁回系统通过扣接、 螺丝固定、 铆接、 超声波、 热压或熔接的方式安装在所述 集成面板上。
17、 如权利要求 13或 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述步骤 (c) 中, 所述 安装面板通过扣接、 螺丝固定、 铆接、 超声波、 热压或熔接的方式安装在所述集 成面板上。
18、 一种音箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
一箱体, 以及
设置在所述箱体中的至少一集成化扬声器,所述集成化扬声器包括至少一喇 叭系统, 以及至少一被动音效器; 其中所述集成化扬声器形成一振动腔, 当所述 喇叭系统接收到音频信号产生振动时, 带动所述振动腔内的空气振动, 所述振动 腔内的空气进一步使所述被动音效器振动,从而所述喇叭系统与所述被动音效器 一起振动产生音效。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述音箱包括两个所述集成化扬 声器, 两个所述集成化扬声器在所述箱体内平行地排列, 或串接在一起, 或对称 地位于所述箱体的相反两侧,或者安装方向相反地以对扣的方式分别组装在所述 箱体的正反两侧。
20、 如权利要求 18所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述音箱包括三个或多个所述集 成化扬声器, 并且三个或多个所述集成化扬声器分别安装在所述箱体的多个侧 面。
21、 如权利要求 18至 20任一所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 每个所述集成化扬声器 具有独立的振动腔。
22、 如权利要求 18至 20任一所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 多个所述集成化扬声器 之间通过无线或有线的方式连接。
23、 如权利要求 18至 20任一所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述喇叭系统包括一振 动元件以及围绕所述振动元件的一悬边,所述悬边与所述箱体一体连接, 从而将 所述喇叭系统与所述箱体一体地安装。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述喇叭系统还包括一音圈以及 一磁回系统,所述音圈与所述振动元件连接, 所述音圈在所述磁回系统的作用下 运动以带动所述振动元件振动。
25、 如权利要求 24所述的音箱, 其特征在于, 所述被动音效器包括位于中间的 一振动加重块以及位于所述振动加重块周围的一弹性悬边,所述弹性悬边与所述 箱体连接在一起。
