Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de préparer des portions de produit congelé à partir d'aliments liquides ou pâteux, lequel dispositif comprend un contenant, renfermant le volume total de l'aliment à l'état liquide ou pâteux, ainsi que des moyens destinés à diviser le produit congelé à préparer par congélation de l'aliment liquide ou pâteux en un certain nombre de portions de taille définie (moyen de portionnement). Selon l'invention, le contenant renfermant l'aliment est un sac de congélation (12) et les moyens destinés à diviser le produit congelé se trouvent sur un dispositif de serrage (11) composé de deux unités (11a, 11b) reliées de manière articulée, qui, en position fermée, serrent le sac de congélation (12) placé entre lesdites unités. L'objectif de l'invention est de permettre de préparer des portions de produit congelé de différente taille en fonction des besoins. A cet effet, les moyens destinés à diviser le produit congelé sont au moins partiellement déplaçables pour permettre de modifier la taille des portions de produit congelé. Le dispositif de serrage comporte de préférence deux unités (11a, 11b) chacune pourvues de traverses (13) et de longerons déplaçables (10).
