So, the lower side of the sealed space part 10a becomes longer, and the folded heating member folded in the widened space part is unfolded in a horizontal shape. As shown in Figure 4, it is disposed in a lower inner side of the food bag 10. When the heating member is provided in a folded state, the pouch may be thinner, and the pouch with a less volume in a compact size may be made.

  • the heating unit 20 may be fixed at one side of the inner side of the heating bag 10 or may be disposed at its lower side.
  • two heating members may be provided at one side or lower side, or one side or opposite side of the heating bag, respectively. In this case, enough heat can be generated with a less amount of heating member and solution for thereby enhancing heat efficiency. It is possible to make the heating member start its reaction as the user pulls the pulling line without adding water or solution.
  • the heating member is seal-packed in the non- woven fabric for thereby manufacturing the heating member pack 22, and the solution is seal-packed with a vinyl packing sheet for thereby manufacturing the solution pack 24.
  • the pack cutting pulling line 26 is fixed at the solution pack 24 for substantially cutting the pack.
  • the heating member pack 22 and the solution pack 24 are stacked, and the pulling line 26 is exposed to the outside. At this time, the pulling line 26 is preferably disposed between the stacked portions of the heating member pack and the solution pack.
  • the heating member pack and the solution pack may be made of a vinyl or aluminum packing sheet.
  • the pulling line is fixed and extended so that the heating member pack and the solution pack can be concurrently cut by pulling the same.
  • the pulling line 26 may be made of a certain material when it is not flexible or strong not limiting thereto. In particular, it may be selected from the first class lines among a nylon sewing line, flow steel line and fixing line.
  • the heating pouch supports the movements of the heating unit 20 and may be further provided with a lower support 16 which is disposed at the lower side of the heating bag 10 and is supported by means of the pouch.
  • the lower support 16 may be formed of a plate shaped wall body folded as shown in Figure 8 with its upper side being open, and may be provided with a heating member pack 22 in the interior.
  • a water or solution pack 24 is provided at an outer side of the wall body. So, the water solution pack can be cut by pulling the pulling line from the outside of the heating bag 10 with the help of the pulling line connected with the lower support.
  • the food bag 30 according to the present invention may further comprise a lower support member 36 by which a certain space is formed at a lower side.
  • the air of the space formed by means of the lower support member 36 collects the heat generated by means of the heating unit 20 in the space, and the air is heated, so that it is possible to keep the heat for a long time, and the heat efficiency can be significantly enhanced.
  • the lower support 16 and the lower support member 36 may be made of conventional materials having good heat keeping properties. Preferably, the materials are not easily transformed by means of high temperature heat.
  • a plurality of pulling lines may be provided so that a plurality of cutting portions are formed in the solution pack by means of the pulling line 26 fixed at each one surface of the heating member pack 22 and the solution pack 24, whereby a desired chemical reaction can be fast performed as the heating member of the heating member pack 22 and the heating solution of the solution pack 24 are quickly mixed with each other.
  • a plurality of pulling lines may be provided in the heating member pack.
  • the food is a liquid state such as curry or gruel, it is not needed to open the food bag 30 and to pour water. However, if the food needs rice and water, the cutting line 31 formed on the upper side of the food bag 30 is cut, and the zipper part 34 formed at a lower side of the cutting line 31 is opened, and water is poured, and the zipper part is zipped, and the pulling line is pulled, and the food is cooked.
  • the zipper part 34 formed on the upper side of the food bag 10 may be unzipped during the cooking operation. So, the lower side of the food bag 30 may be upwardly moved by means of the expansion of the sealed space part 10a.
  • the thermal bonding portion of the upper sides of the heating bag 10 is more widened toward the lower side of thesame, so that the side portions of the food bag 30 is thermally bonded to the inner surface of the heating bag 10 as compared to the earlier embodiments in which only the upper side of the heating bag 10 is thermally compressed.
  • the heating bag 10 of the lower side portion of the food bag 30 is thermally compressed and integrally bonded. So, even when the sealed space part 10a of the lower side of the food bag 30 is expanded, the lower side of the food bag 30 is not moved upwardly.
  • the heating member disposed in the heating unit 20 consists of 100 weight% of limestone powder, 1-10 weight% of magnesium, 1-10 weight% of sodium bicarbonate or sodium hydroxide and 1-10 weight% of cellulose with respect to the 100 weight% of aluminum metallic powder so as to most obtain radiating heat based on a chemical reaction.
  • the solution provided in the solution pack is preferably water, and catalyzer may be added to the solution for enhancing a heating reaction.
  • one or at least two catalyzers may be selected from the group consisting of salt, sodium perchlorate, natrium peroxide, iron chloride and inorganic acid.
  • the adding amount of the catalyzer with respect to the solution is preferably 1-10 weight% with respect to the 100 weight% of solution.
  • heating member was prepared by mixing 100 weight% of limestone, 1 weight% of magnesium, 3 weight% of sodium bicarbonate, and 1 weight% of cellulose, and as solution, underground water of an average temperature of 12 0 C was prepared.
  • the heating member and solution are mixed in a double structure pouch under an indoor environment of 19 0 C, and the reaction was performed six times under the same conditions. A result of the reaction is shown in Figure 12.
  • the conventional heating member is implemented based on a heating method of a hydration reaction and neutralization reaction in which raw limestone and water are reacted with acids such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, over oxygen or something added to raw limestone and chloride, phosphoric acid compound or something. Since a calcium element of raw limestone is already coupled to oxygen, there is a certain limit for obtaining a desired heating degree by adding water and acid. As another disadvantage, when slaked lime is obtained througha hydration reaction when the viscosity of raw limestone is 3.3, the viscosity isdecreased at near 2.2, and the volume of residue, which is a creation of reaction, increases, so that a good response is not obtained from customers. The heating is not enough to actually cook foods owing less degree of heat.
  • the present invention uses an aluminummetallic powder as a major compound as compared to the reaction using an additive by using a conventional raw limestone as a major compound, and limestone and other additives are mixed, and a catalyzer of solution is added, so that an initial increase effect of heating amount is obtained along with a faster reaction, and a temperature can be maintained for a long time after it is increased.
  • the heating pouch for an instant cooking of the present invention is made in a double structure having a sealed space part, and the heating bag and the food bag are able to prevent in maximum the leakageof radiating heat of the heat radiating member, and a desired cooking time is reached as soon as possible, and a proper temperature is effectively maintained.
  • the operation is simple, and the portability is easy.
  • the harmfulness occurring by means of the heating member is prevented in maximum, and it is possible to cook the foods stored in the food bag as faster as possible.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une poche de chauffage pour la cuisson instantanée, dans laquelle les faces supérieures et les faces latérales d'un sachet de chauffage sont thermiquement reliés à un organe de chauffage disposé entre le sachet de chauffage et le sachet d'aliment, de sorte que ladite poche soit parfaitement portative. Ledit produit est d'utilisation simple sans que l'organe de chauffage soit en contact avec le corps de l'utilisateur lors de son utilisation. Il n'est pas nécessaire de retirer l'organe de chauffage et le sachet d'aliment. On obtient une utilisation sanitaire tout en empêchant tout accident pouvant se produire provoqué par l'organe de chauffage. L'espace entre le sachet de chauffage et le sachet d'aliment est thermoscellé grâce à un procédé d'assemblage par compression thermique afin d'interdire la décharge d'une quantité de chaleur. L'aliment emballé dans le sachet d'aliment peut être soumis à une cuisson rapide grâce à cette configuration.
