Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum pump with a cup-shaped housing, a rotor rotatably mounted eccentrically in the housing, a rotatably mounted in the rotor orthogonal to the axis of rotation, which abuts with its wing tips on a working space bounding inner peripheral surface of the housing while the working space in a suction chamber and a Pressure chamber divided, and the suction chamber with an air inlet opening and the pressure chamber with a
- Air outlet opening are provided, wherein the air outlet opening is provided with an outlet valve, and the outlet valve has a directly resting on the air outlet opening sealing body.
- Vacuum pumps with such a structure are known for example from DE 10 2004 034 926 Bl. They usually have a housing in which a rotor is rotatably mounted, wherein the rotor is located in a working space. Such vacuum pumps are used inter alia in vehicles, where, for example, the motor of the motor vehicle rotates the rotor. These vacuum pumps are lubricated with oil, which also serves to seal the sealing gap between the wing and working space in order to achieve high efficiency.
- an outlet valve is provided, which is designed in the manner of a leaf spring.
- This leaf spring presses on the outside of the air outlet and closes it.
- the leaf spring can be bent over the prevailing pressure in the pressure chamber to the outside. As a result, the compressed air is expelled from the pressure space in the pressure line.
- Such a device is for Example from DE 40 19 854 B4 known. With this vacuum pump it has been found that with leaf springs closed air outlet openings, which are not completely covered when sweeping the wing, relatively high losses occur.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a vacuum pump, wherein it is ensured that the air compressed in the pressure chamber is completely discharged into the pressure line and is not transferred to the pressure chamber located behind the wing.
- the sealing body is not clamped on one side and therefore cantilevered as in the prior art, but is fixed in the direction of rotation of the rotor both at the front end and at the rear end of the air outlet opening on the housing.
- This type of attachment has the significant advantage that when blowing off the valve does not fully swing open but only the Area is available, which is required to pass through the flowing volume. Therefore, no air can flow into the subsequent, ie behind the wing pressure chamber. This means that the compressed air in the pressure chamber, the sealing surface in this section imprints, in which there is the overpressure.
- the sealing body is sufficiently elastic that it does not lift off over the entire length of the air outlet opening, but only in the section in which there is a sufficiently large overpressure. However, this is always in the direction of rotation of the rotor in front of the wing.
- a sealing element consisting of spring steel always lifts from the sealing seat over the entire length and not in sections.
- the sealing body is elastic, in particular rubber-elastic.
- an optimal nestling and sealing of sealing body is achieved at the sealing surface.
- the above-described opening advantageously assists you in that the material of the sealing body is stretchable.
- the outlet valve according to the invention is bent in the circumferential direction as well as the known from the prior art leaf spring and has in particular a C or kidney-shaped.
- the sealing body bears against the side of the air outlet opening facing away from the pressure chamber. This will ddas Exhaust valve and in particular the sealing body easily accessible for repair and maintenance.
- the outlet valve on a sealing body cross-supporting body.
- This support body serves not only for fixing and fixing the sealing body to the housing but also for adjusting the opening time of the valve, e.g. is determined by more or less far reaching the tension of the sealing body.
- the support body lies substantially in the areas on the sealing body, in which the sealing body bears against the housing.
- the sealing body remains flexible in the region of the opening.
- the support body in the region of the air outlet opening at a distance from the sealing body, or the support body is recessed in this area.
- the sealing body remains movable there and can stand out from the housing and in particular from the edge of the opening.
- a variant provides that the sealing body between the housing and the support body is arranged, in particular firmly clamped. This represents a simple way of attachment.
- sealing body is vulcanized onto the support body.
- supporting body and sealing body can be handled together, i. attached or replaced in case of repair.
- the support body is recessed open edge in the region of the air outlet opening and the sealing body is vulcanized to the edge of the recesses.
- the support body and the sealing body are formed as a one-piece valve body, so that they, as already mentioned, can be handled together.
- valve body in the region of the air outlet opening for forming the sealing body has a smaller material thickness than in the adjacent areas.
- the material thickness is so low that the area is elastically deformable.
- the sealing body consists of plastic, in particular a thermoplastic or elastomer.

- a second outlet valve 42 can be seen. If the rotor 18 rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow 36 in FIG. 1, ie in the normal working direction, then air is drawn in through the suction connection 14 and expelled through the air outlet opening 38. In addition, through the air outlet 38 Lubricating oil expelled. If the rotor 18 rotates in the opposite direction, then any lubricating oil must also be able to be ejected, which takes place via the other outlet opening with the outlet valve 42.
- Both outlet valves 40 and 42 have the same structure and they can either each have a separate valve body or a common valve body 44. This valve body 44 is fixed by means of screws 6 on the housing 12.
- FIGS 3 and 4 show the valve body 44 in an enlarged view. It can be seen that the valve body 44 has a C- or kidney-shaped shape and is partially offset on the radially inner longitudinal side 46.

- the sealing body 48 in the recess 52 of the corresponding outlet valve 40 or 42 lifts off from the sealing seat, which is illustrated in FIG. Due to the elastic configuration of the sealing body 48, however, this lifts only in the narrow area within the recess 52, in which it is lifted by the internal pressure. In the adjacent areas of the sealing body 48 is still at the sealing seat. This prevents air from flowing into the working space 30.

Description
VAKUUMPUMPE MIT EINEM AUSLASSVENTIL
Beschreibung
Figur 1 eine Vakuumpumpe mit abgenommenem Gehäusedeckel;
Figur 2 die Rückseite der Vakuumpumpe, den Antrieb des Rotors sowie das Auslassventil zeigend;
Figur 3 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Ventilkörpers;
