本发明涉及无线通信技术领域,具体涉及在无线终端之间消息增强并 传送增强后的消息的系统和方法。 背景技术
消息发送确认和阅读确认功能是消息业务基本功能之一 ,使消息的发 送方可以及时了解消息的接收和阅读情况,如图 1所示,现有发送确认和 阅读确认功能实现的流程为:
步骤 101 : 消息发送方向消息业务中心提交发送给消息接收方的消 息, 在提交的消息中要求发送确认消息和阅读确认消息。
步骤 102: 消息业务中心收到消息后, 通知消息接收方接收消息, 通 过一系列信令, 消息接收方从消息业务中心取得消息。
步骤 103: 消息业务中心向消息发送方发出消息发送确认消息。 步骤 104: 消息接收方阅读消息后, 向消息业务中心提交阅读确认消 息。
步骤 105: 消息中心接收阅读确认消息并向消息发送方发送阅读确认 消息, 消息发送方接收此消息。
当因各种原因消息接收方不能获取消息时,消息业务中心也会通过发 送失败确认消息通知发送方消息接收失败, 并说明失败原因。
通过上述的方法, 消息发送方可以获知消息是否放送成功, 消息是否 已经被阅读等情况,使消息发送方对消息发送情况有了更明确的了解。但 是在上述各种确认消息中,仅包含消息的接收或阅读情况,传送的资讯内 容有限, 仍然留有对确认消息进一步利用的空间。 发明内容 本发明提出了无线通信系统中传送并增强消息的系统和方法,此系统 和方法能够对确认消息进行增强,并传送增强后的消息。以增加消息的资 讯量, 为运营商提供新的营销渠道。
本发明提供的一种在无线通信网络中传送并增强消息的系统, 包括: 消息业务中心, 将来自消息发送装置的初始消息转发给消息接收装 置, 并将所述初始消息的确认消息发送到消息增强子系统;
消息增强子系统,接收所述确认消息,在所接收的确认消息中增加资 讯内容以形成增强的确认消息,并将该增强的确认消息发送给所述消息发 送装置。
本发明提供的一种在无线通信网络中传送并增强消息的方法, 包括: 接收由消息业务中心转发来的确认消息,并在该确认消息中增加资讯 内容以形成增强确认消息,所述确认消息为消息接收装置在接收到消息业 务中心转发的初始消息后反馈给所述消息业务中心的确认消息;
将所述增强确认消息发送给所述消息发送装置。
本发明所提供的系统和方法 ,通过在原单纯的确认消息中加入增加资 讯数据,利用现有的确认消息携带信息数据并进行传送,从而增加了消息 的信息量, 提高了消息的利用率。 附图说明

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
如图 2所示,本发明提供的传送并增强消息的系统包括消息业务中心
201和消息增强子系统 202, 其中,
消息业务中心 202 可以为短消息中心或多媒体消息中心或者其他消 息传送装置, 因此, 其可以传送短消息, 也可以传送多媒体消息或其他类 型的消息。在初始消息的传送过程中, 消息业务中心 201首先要和消息发 送装置建立无线连接,并接收来自消息发送装置的初始消息,然后与消息 接收装置建立无线连接,并将初始消息发送到消息接收装置。在初始消息 被成功接收和阅读的情况下,消息业务中心 201接收来自消息接收装置的 接收成功确认消息和消息已阅读通知,并与消息增强子系统 202中的附加 消息单元 2021建立连接,向附加消息单元 2021传送发送成功确认消息和 阅读确认消息。 当初始消息发送不成功时,消息业务中心 201也会向附加 消息单元 2021传送发送失败确认消息。
消息增强子系统 202进一步包括附加消息单元 2021和增强确认消息 递送单元 2022。 其中, 附加消息单元 2021为业务服务器或其他能够附加 消息的装置, 增强确认消息递送单元 2022可以为短消息中心或多媒体消 息中心或者其他消息传送装置,因此其可以传送短消息也可以传送多媒体 消息或其他类型的消息。 附加消息单元 2021 和增强确认消息递送单元 2022相连接。 附加消息单元 2021与消息业务中心 201相连接, 并接收来 自消息业务中心 202的确认消息,将附加资讯添加到确认消息中形成增强 确认消息, 并将增强确认消息发送到增强确认消息递送单元 2022。 增强 确认消息递送单元 2022与消息发送方建立无线连接, 并将来自附加消息 单元 2021的增强确认消息发送到消息发送方。
图 3所示为在消息接收装置成功的接收并阅读初始消息的情况下,传 送并增强发送成功确认消息和阅读确认消息的方法流程, 其具体步骤包 括:
步骤 301 : 消息业务中心接收来自消息发送装置的初始消息。 初始 消息可以为短消息或多媒体消息。
步骤 302: 消息业务中心将接收到的初始消息向消息接收装置进行 转发, 消息接收装置接收初始消息。
步骤 303 : 消息业务中心接收来自消息接收装置的接收成功确认消 息。
步骤 304: 消息业务中心向消息增强子系统中的附加消息单元发出 发送成功确认消息, 附加消息单元接收发送成功确认消息, 发送成功 确认消息可以为多媒体消息或短消息。 步骤 305 : 附加消息单元将附加资讯添加到发送成功确认消息中, 形成增强发送成功确认消 ,包、, 附加消息单元将增强发送成功确认消 ,包、 发送到增强确认消息递送单元, 增强确认消息递送单元接收增强发送 成功确认消息, 增强发送成功确认消息可以为短消息或多媒体消息。
步骤 306: 增强确认消息递送单元将增强发送成功确认消息向消 息接收装置进行转发。
步骤 307 : 消息接收装置阅读初始消息后向消息业务中心发送消 息已阅读通知, 消息业务中心接收此通知。
步骤 308: 消息业务中心接收到消息已阅读通知后, 向附加消息 单元发出阅读确认消息, 附加消息单元接收阅读确认消息。 阅读确认 消息可以为多媒体消息或短消息。
步骤 309: 附加消息单元将附加资讯添加到阅读确认消息中, 形成 增强阅读确认消息, 附加消息单元将增强阅读确认消息发送到增强确 认消息递送单元, 增强确认消息递送单元接收增强阅读确认消息。 增 强阅读确认消息可以为多媒体消息或短消息。
步骤 310: 增强确认消息递送单元将增强阅读确认消息向消息发 送装置进行转发。
图 4所示为在消息接收装置接收初始消息失败的情况下,传送并增强 发送失败确认消息的方法流程, 其步骤包括:
步骤 401 : 消息业务中心接收来自消息发送装置的初始消息。
步骤 402: 消息业务中心将接收到的初始消息向消息接收装置进行 转发,但是由于消息接收装置没有反应或者其他原因,消息接收装置未能 成功接收初始消息。
步骤 403 : 消息业务中心向附加消息单元发出发送失败确认消息, 附加消息单元接收来自消息业务中心的发送失败确认消息,发送失败确 认消息可以为多媒体消息或短消息。
步骤 404: 附加消息单元将附加资讯添加到发送失败确认消息中, 形成增强发送失败确认消息, 附加消息单元将增强发送失败确认消息 发送到增强确认消息递送单元, 增强确认消息递送单元接收此消息, 增强发送失败确认消息可以为短消息或多媒体消息。
步骤 405 : 增强确认消息递送单元将增强发送失败确认消息向消 息发送装置进行转发。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种在无线通信网络中传送并增强消息的系统, 其特征在于, 包 括:
消息业务中心, 将来自消息发送装置的初始消息转发给消息接收装 置, 并将所述初始消息的确认消息发送到消息增强子系统;
消息增强子系统,接收所述确认消息,在所接收的确认消息中增加资 讯内容以形成增强确认消息,并将该增强确认消息发送给所述消息发送装 置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息增强子系统包括 附加消息单元和增强确认消息递送单元,
附加消息单元,接收来自消息业务中心的确认消息,在确认消息中增 加资讯内容以形成增强确认消息,并将所述增强确认消息发送到增强确认 消息递送单元;
增强确认消息递送单元, 接收来自所述附加消息单元的增强确认消 息, 并发送给所述消息发送装置。
3、 如权利要求 2所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述附加消息单元为业务 服务器, 所述增强确认消息递送单元为多媒体消息中心或短消息业务中 心。
4、 如权利要求 1所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息业务中心为多媒 体消息业务中心或短消息业务中心。
5、 一种在无线通信网络中传送并增强消息的方法, 其特征在于, 包 括:
接收由消息业务中心转发来的确认消息,并在该确认消息中增加资讯 内容以形成增强确认消息,所述确认消息为消息接收装置在接收到消息业 务中心转发的初始消息后反馈给所述消息业务中心的确认消息;
将所述增强确认消息发送给所述消息发送装置。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确认消息为发送成 功确认消息或发送失败确认消息或阅读确认消息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述确认消息为多媒体消 息或短消息。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述初始消息为多媒体 消息或短消息。
