Abstract
電気化学的方法による亜鉛イオンの検出・濃度測定を、簡便な操作及び装置で、高精度かつ高感度に行うことができる測定方法を提供する。そのために、前記試料溶液(4)の液性をアルカリ性に調整し、これに対電極(3)及びボロンドープダイヤモンド電極(1)を接触させ、前記ボロンドープダイヤモンド電極(1)の電位を負電位方向に変動させて、前記ボロンドープダイヤモンド電極(1)表面に亜鉛を析出させた後、前記ボロンドープダイヤモンド電極(1)の電位を正電位方向に掃引して、前記ボロンドープダイヤモンド電極(1)表面に析出した亜鉛を前記試料溶液(4)中に溶出させながら、当該電位掃引に対する電流変化を検出するようにした。
