Abstract

　本発明は、 （Ａ）非重合体カテキン類　０．０２～０．５質量％を含有し、 （Ｂ）非重合体カテキン類の非エピ体率が５～２５質量％であり、 （Ｃ）総ポリフェノールと非重合体カテキン類との比率［（Ａ）／（Ｃ）］が０．２～１．０であり、 （Ｄ）ｐＨが２．５～５．１であり、 （Ｅ）果糖、ブドウ糖、ショ糖、果糖ブドウ糖液糖及びブドウ糖果糖液糖から選ばれる１種又は２種以上を０．０００１～２０質量％含有する容器詰紅茶飲料に関する。 　本発明によれば、風味を損うことなく、渋味の低減と適度な甘味・酸味が両立し、長期間の保存に適した非重合体カテキン類を高濃度で含む容器詰紅茶飲料が提供できる。
