Abstract
Offenbart wird die Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung enthaltend - 2,0 Gew.-% bis 23 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere 3,0 Gew.-% bis 14,5 Gew.-%, Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat; - 1,0 Gew.-% bis 17 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1,0 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,0 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.-%, Harnstoff - 60 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 75 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, insbesondere 83 Gew.-% bis 96 Gew.-% Wasser als vorbeugender temporärer Brandschutz, ihre Aufbringung und Herstellung und Verwendung als vorbeugender Schutz zur Eindämmung von Busch- und Steppenbränden.
Claims
1. Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung enthaltend
■ 2,0 Gew.-% bis 23 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere 3,0 Gew.-% bis 14,5 Gew.-%, Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat;
■ 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 17 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.-%, Harnstoff
■ 60 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 75 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, insbesondere 83 Gew.-% bis 96 Gew.-% Wasser als vorbeugender temporärer Brandschutz für Papier, Pappe, Kartonagen, Dekorationsartikel, um Laub- oder Nadelholzbäume, Sträucher, Stauden, Gräser, Teile hiervon, Anordnungen hieraus oder Erzeugnisse hieraus.
2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie weiterhin, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile der Zusammensetzung, 0 bis 1 Gew.-% wenigstens eines Chelatbildners enthält, der ausgewählt ist aus Polyoxycarbonsäuren, Polyaminen, EDTA und / oder NTA.
3. Verwendung nach irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile der Zusammensetzung, 0 bis 7 Gew.-% übliche Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe enthält, die ausgewählt sind aus Netzmitteln, Bindemitteln, Verdickungsmittel und Farbstoffen.
4. Verwendung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als Hilfsund Zusatzstoffe, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile der Zusammensetzung, 15
■ 0 bis 1 Gew.-% wenigstens eines Mittels zur Wasserenthärtung, insbesondere ein Alkalipolyphosphat, und/oder
■ 0 bis 3 Gew.-% Tenside, insbesondere anionische, nicht ionogene oder amphotere Tenside oder Mischungen hiervon und/oder
■ 0 bis 3 Gew.-% Bindemittel oder Verdickungsmittel, insbesondere wasserlösliche Cellulosederivate oder andere wasserverdünnbare Filmbildner, und/oder
■ 0 bis 0,2 Gew.-% wasserlösliche Farbstoffe enthält.
5. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mit der Zusammensetzung behandelte Produkt ein Dekorationsartikel, Laub- oder Nadelholzbaum, Teile hiervon oder Anordnungen hieraus, ein Adventskranz oder ein Gesteck ist.

Verfahren zum Aufbringen der Zusammensetzung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das brennbare Produkt kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich als wässrige Lösung von 2,0 Gew.-% bis 23 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere 3,0 Gew.-% bis 14,5 Gew.-%, Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat; 1,0 Gew.-% bis 17 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1,0 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.-%, Harnstoff, 60 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 75 Gew.- % bis 97 Gew.-%, insbesondere 83 Gew.-% bis 96 Gew.-% Wasser auf die Oberfläche des brennbaren Produktes aufgebracht wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Applikation durch Spritzen, Sprühen, Walzen, Tauchen, Tränken, oder Streichen erfolgt mit nachfolgender Trocknung bei Umgebungstemperatur.
8. Konzentrat für vorbeugenden temporären Brandschutz aus
■ 60 Gew.-% bis 95 Gew.-% Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat und
■ 5 Gew.-% bis 39 Gew.-% Harnstoff
■ 0 Gew.-% bis 1 Gew.-% Alkalipolyphosphat. 16

Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung von 2,0 Gew.-% bis 23 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 2,0 Gew.-% bis 15 Gew.-%, insbesondere 3,0 Gew.-% bis 14,5 Gew.-%, Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat, 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 17 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-%, insbesondere 1 ,0 Gew.-% bis 2,5 Gew.~%, Harnstoff 60 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 75 Gew.-% bis 97 Gew.-%, insbesondere 83 Gew.-% bis 96 Gew.-% Wasser als vorbeugender temporärer Brandschutz, insbesondere zur Eindämmung von Busch- und Steppenbränden.
10. Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8, in dem das Konzentrat vor dem Gebrauch 10 % bis 40 %ig in Wasser gelöst wird, als vorbeugender temporärer Brandschutz, insbesondere zur Eindämmung von Busch- und Steppenbränden.
11. Verwendung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den brennbaren Materialien um Dekorationsartikel, um Laub- oder Nadelholzbäume, Unterholz, Sträucher, Stauden, Gräser, Teile hiervon, Anordnungen hieraus oder Erzeugnisse hieraus handelt.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Zusammensetzung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zunächst 2,0 Gew.- Teile bis 23 Gew.-Teile Diammoniumhydrogenphosphat und 1 ,0 Gew.-Teile bis 17 Gew.-Teile Harnstoff und ggf. die Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe gemäß Anspruch 4 kontaktiert, insbesondere vermischt, und ggf. vermahlt und dann in 60 Gew.-Teile bis 97 Gew.-Teilen Wasser auflöst.
