Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen optischen Drucksensor beruhend auf Lichtintensitätsmessungen, umfassend mindestens eine Membran 8 sowie zwei parallele optische Fasern 1, 4. Mindestens eine erste Faser 1 weist ein Faserende 2 und eine Lichtaustrittsfläche 3, 3' auf zum Aussenden von Licht 10 in Richtung der Membran 8, und mindestens eine zweite Faser 4 weist ein Faserende 5 mit einer Lichteintrittsfläche 6, 6' auf zum Aufnehmen und Weiterleiten des an der Membran 8 reflektierten Lichts 10. Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Idee besteht darin, dass die Lichtaustrittsfläche 3, 3' und die Lichteintrittsfläche 6, 6' der beiden Fasern 1, 4 voneinander abgewandt angeordnet sind. Dadurch wird in Gebrauch der Strahlengang des Lichts 10 derart geändert, dass der von der empfangenden Faser 4 aufgenommene Lichtanteil stark von der Membranposition abhängt.
