Abstract

 反射型の光ファイバ電流測定装置において、センサファイバの一端に設けた反射部(111B)を一部透過ミラーとして、一部透過ミラーを透過した参照信号光の強度(Pr)によって定まる規格化参照信号(Xr)を、一部透過ミラーで反射した光から得られる検出信号光の強度(Ps)によって定まる規格化検出信号(Xs)から減算することで、光源の(A)発光強度の変動に起因するノイズだけでなく(B)偏光状態の変動に起因するノイズの除去を可能とした。
