Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de serrage qui comprend un élément s'assemblant avec un tirant et pouvant être fixé au tirant d'une unité de serrage. Le mécanisme de serrage comprend aussi un élément de réglage de la distance qui est placé exploitable entre l'élément s'assemblant avec le tirant et une première plaque de l'unité de serrage. L'élément de réglage de la distance comprend un axe de rotation et est maintenu de sorte que lorsque cet élément tourne autour de l'axe de rotation, le tirant est mis en tension en raison du changement de longueur du mécanisme de serrage. La tension formée dans le tirant produit une force entre la première et la deuxième plaque de l'unité de serrage, cette force permettant de serrer les première et seconde parties de matrice d'une matrice associée. L'invention comprend aussi une machine de moulage par injection et un procédé de commande.
