在图 7 ( c) 中, 在左抱臂 203, 右抱臂 204及底板 205旁边各有一 个双向箭头, 该箭头表示这些部件是可以从背板 202 的底部或侧部拉出 或推入的结构 (如滑槽、 滑轨等装置, 图中未示), 目的是调节两抱臂之 间的宽度或背板的有效高度, 从而使该电话架适应于摆放不同尺寸大小 的手提电话。 其中电话架的底板可从所述背板底部拉出或推入以调节电 话架高度; 其中电话架的左抱臂和右抱臂可从所述背板侧部拉出或推入 以调节电话架宽度。
在上述说明中, 只表示了该电话架的 "基本形式", 亦即电话架还未 与无线耳塞机形成 "组合装置", 也还未在电话架的左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204或者背板 202的适当部位上制作出用于固定无线耳塞机的固定装置。
在图 8中, 所述固定该无线耳塞机的固定装置设置在电话架 201的 背板 202或左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204的适当位置上。 为了表示清楚, 以 从电话架 201的背板 202或左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204等部件的 "适当位 置"上剖切下来的部分来示意性表示所述固定装置如何与无线耳塞机配 合使用。 实际上, 所述固定装置直接设置在所述电话架 201 的背板 202 或左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204的适当位置上, 而不必将其从电话架 201的 左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204或者从背板 202等部件的 "适当位置"上剖切 下来分别表示。 其中标号 202'表示从背板 202的 "适当位置"上剖切下 来作为固定装置的部分, 标号 203'表示从左抱臂 203的 "适当位置"上 剖切下来作为固定装置的部分, 标号 204'表示从右抱臂 204的 "适当位 置"上剖切下来作为固定装置的部分。
在图 8 (a) 中, 标号 211表示在该位置制作出的用于容纳无线耳塞 机 212的听筒 213的槽窝。 槽窝 211的形状和尺寸恰可以使听筒 213落 入其中, 从而把无线耳塞机挂在该位置并被固定住。 其中用于固定无线 耳塞机的固定装置是形状与所述无线耳塞机的耳塞听筒相适配并能容纳 该耳塞听筒的槽窝。
图 8 (b) 表示无线耳塞机 212上除了具有耳塞听筒 213以外, 还设 置有一个类似于钢笔夹的固定夹 214, 在由标号 202'、 203'或 204'表示 的各个部件的 "适当位置"上剖切下来的部分设置有用于容纳固定夹 214 的槽窝 216, 其形状和尺寸恰好能容纳固定夹 214。 使固定夹 214进入槽 窝 216中并被其夹住, 这就可以把无线耳塞机 212固定在该位置。 其中 所述无线耳塞机上还设置有一个类似于钢笔夹的固定夹, 而所述固定无 线耳塞机的固定装置是形状和尺寸恰好能容纳所述固定夹的槽窝。
图 8 (c ) 表示在无线耳塞机 212上镶贴有一片磁性片 217, 与此同 时, 在由标号 202', 203'或 204'表示的各个部件的 "适当位置"上剖切 下来的部分也镶贴有对应的磁性片 218。使磁性片 217与磁性片 218相互 靠近, 这就可以通过磁力把无线耳塞机 212吸附在该位置并被固定住。 其中所述固定无线耳塞机的固定装置是在该无线耳塞机的外表面镶贴的 一片磁性片, 与在该电话架的相应的外表面镶贴的一片对应的磁性片。
图 8 ( c ) 的标号 217若改为镶贴的一片魔术贴 (尼龙搭扣, 英文名 Velcro), 而在标号 218处改为镶贴的一片对应的魔术贴, 也可以利用魔 术贴 217与魔术贴 218的相互附着力而使无线耳塞机固定在该位置。 其 中所述周定无线耳塞机的装置是在该无线耳塞机的外表面镶贴有一片魔 术贴, 而在该电话架的相应的外表面镶贴有一片对应的魔术贴。
图 8 ( d)所示的是在电话架的背板 202或左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204 的 "适当位置"的剖切表示的部分 202', 203'或 204'上制作出的一个月彭 大的槽窝 219, 该槽窝的形状和尺寸与无线耳塞机 212的下部相配,深度 超过无线耳塞机高度的一半。 这样, 就可以把无线耳塞机 212 的本体放 入槽窝 219 中并被固定住。 其中所述固定无线耳塞机的固定装置是在所 述电话架上的适当部位有一个体积膨大的槽窝, 该槽窝的形状和尺寸恰 好与无线耳塞机的下部相配, 以容纳无线耳塞机。
图 8 ( e) 所示的是在电话架的背板 202或左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204 的 "适当位置"的剖切表示的部分 202,, 203'或 204'上制作出的两个槽 窝 220和 221,该槽窝的形状和尺寸分别与无线耳塞机 212的听筒 213及 无线耳塞机 212的下端相配。 这样, 可以使听筒 213进入槽窝 220中, 使耳塞机的下端进入槽窝 221 并被固定住。 其中所述固定无线耳塞机的 固定装置包括两个槽窝, 其中之一的形状与所述无线耳塞机的耳塞听筒 相配并能容纳该耳塞听筒, 其中另一的形状与该无线耳塞机的下端部相 配并能容纳该下端部。
所述 "适当位置"或 "适当部位"可以在所述电话架的背板或左抱 臂或右抱臂的便于使用者操作的位置, 如在所述电话架的背板或左抱臂 或右抱臂的顶部、 侧部、 上半部、 上部、 中部、 中下部、 下部、 左上半 部、 左上部、 左中部、 左中下部、 左下部、 右上半部、 右上部、 右中部、 右中下部、 和右下部等 (图中未示出)。
以上表示了把无线耳塞机固定在电话架的各部位 (即背板 202或左 抱臂 203或右抱臂 204)的多种不同方式, 不言而喻, 本领域的工作人员 还可以按以上方式所启示的原则, 作出其他的变通的方式。
在图 9中, 标号 20 表示电话架, 标号 231表示在背板 202的适当 部位上增加的一个体积扩大部 (当然, 这个体积扩大部 231也可以不是 附加在背板 202上, 而是附加在左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204的适当部位上, 图中未示出)。所扩大的空间内设置有由汽车 12V直流电源变换为该无线 耳塞机适用的电源的装置。标号 232表示接插汽车 12V直流电源的插头, 标号 233表示导线。 电源的输出端设置有两个电接触点, 分别设置在固 定无线耳塞机的相应位置上(图 9中未示出, 见以下图 10 (a)至图 10 (e ) 中标号 241所示)。 图 9中标号 234表示一个电源插接孔, 当不使 用汽车上的 12V直流电源时,例如在家中或办公室中使用时,可以在 100V 〜240V交流电源上插接一个电源变换装置(图中未示),成为该无线耳塞 机适用的电源插头, 插入电源插接孔 234中即可接通。 并且在该手提电 话架的设置所述固定无线耳塞机的固定装置部位的适当表面上设置有两 个供给该无线耳塞机电源的电接触点, 同时在所述无线耳塞机外表面的 相应部位也设置有供该无线耳塞机充电的两个电接触点; 其中所述手提 电话架上还有一个供插接由 100V至 240V交流电源变换为适用于所述无 线耳塞机的电源的插孔, 该插孔的另一端与该手提电话架上所设的供给 该无线耳塞机的电接触点相连接。
在图 10中, 为了表示清楚, 以从电话架 201'的背板 202或左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204等部件的 "适当位置"上剖切下来的部分 202', 203' 或 204'来示意性表示所述固定装置如何与无线耳塞机配合使用。实际上, 所述固定装置是直接设置在电话架 20 的背板 202或左抱臂 203或右抱 臂 204的适当位置上, 而不必将其从电话架 201'的左抱臂 203或右抱臂 204或者背板 202等部件的 "适当位置"上剖切下来分别表示, 其中标号 202'表示从背板 202的 "适当位置"上剖切下来作为固定装置的部分, 标号 203'表示从左抱臂 203的 "适当位置"上剖切下来作为固定装置的 部分, 标号 204'表示从右抱臂 204的 "适当位置"上剖切下来作为固定 装置的部分。
在图 10中,无线耳塞机 212'与前述的无线耳塞机 212相比的不同之 处在于其外盒的适当部位有一对电接触点 242, 用于从电话架 201'接入 电源以供其充电。与此同时,在与剖切局部表示的背板 202或左抱臂 203 或右抱臂 204等部件的 "适当位置"相对应的部位 202', 203'或 204'上 制作出一对电源电接触点 241, 当无线耳塞机 212'以各自不同方式附接 到其上时 (在图 10 (a)、 图 10 (b)、 图 10 (d) 和图 10 (e) 中是插入 各自的槽窝中, 图 10 (c) 是用磁性片或魔术贴相互贴附), 一对电接触 点 241与无线耳塞机 212'的外盒上的一对电接触点 242互相接通, 从而 给无线耳塞机 212'充电。
在图 10 (d) 中, 电接触点 241设置在槽窝 219内的表面上, 当无线 耳塞机 212'下部座入槽窝 219时, 其外盒上的一对电接触点 242与槽窝 219内的一对电接触点 241互相接通。
在电话架的设置所述固定无线耳塞机的固定装置部位的适当表面上 设置有两个供给该无线耳塞机电源的电接触点, 同时在所述无线耳塞机 外表面的相应部位也设置有供该无线耳塞机充电的两个电接触点; 其中 所述电话架上还有一个供插接由 100V至 240V交流电源变换为适用于所 述无线耳塞机的电源的插孔, 该插孔的另一端与该电话架上所设的供给 该无线耳塞机的电接触点相连接。
图 11是本发明的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置的第三实施例的电 话架 301 的基本形式, 其上尚未附设固定无线耳塞机的固定装置。 标号 302表示电话架 301的背板,标号 303和 304分别表示电话架 301的左抱 臂和右抱臂, 标号 305表示电话架 301的底板, 用于向汽车上固定该电 话架的固定结构设置在背板 302的背面, 在图中禾示出。 标号 332表示 当电话架具有给无线耳塞机充电功能时从电话架内部该引出的导线, 导 线 332延伸连接至插头 333, 以便插入汽车内 12V直流电源插孔。
在图 12中, 标号 310表示无线耳塞机, 标号 311表示机盒(内有发 送话筒), 标号 312标识耳塞听筒的柱状体本体, 标号 313表示耳塞听筒 端头, 该端头的外壳由软材料制成, 以便塞在耳孔处收听话音并固定在 耳孔处, 标号 316表示当该耳塞机不在汽车内使用时由 100〜240V交流 电源变换为该耳塞机适用电源 (图中未示出) 的电源插孔, 以便用于充 电, 两个电接触点 317设置在机盒 311的底部, 当该耳塞机在汽车内使 用时卡装在本发明的无线耳塞机固定装置上以便用于接通电源进行充 电。柱状体 312的轴线与机盒 311的纵轴线呈一夹角 A, 夹角 A—般为任 意角度, 优选为 70〜90° 角, 以便当耳塞塞入耳孔后, 机盒 311能与耳 部及脸部服贴。
图 12 ( a)所示是无线耳塞机 310的侧面。
图 12 (b)所示是无线耳塞机 310的正面(正对着耳塞的一面)。 图 12 ( c)所示是无线耳塞机 310的背面(背对着耳塞的一面), 标 号 314表示开关钮, 标号 315表示音量按钮。
在图 13中, 将电话架的右抱臂 304改制成图中的 304', 在右抱臂 304'的外侧设置有用于固定无线耳塞机 310的上卡槽 320及下卡盘 322, 上卡槽 320的 U形槽向下。 图 13 (b)所示的是把上卡槽 320颠倒过来, 以便更清楚地显示。 由此可见, 上卡槽 320是一个倒 U形槽, 其形状、 角度及尺寸与耳塞听筒的柱状体 312相配, 并且该上卡槽衬有一层弹性 软材料(例如泡沬橡胶) 321。下卡盘 322是一个很浅的盘状物, 其形状、 角度及尺寸与无线耳塞机 310的下端相配,在盘底设置有与电接触点 317 相对应的两个电接触点 323 (见图 13 ( c) 所示), 电接触点 323是通过 电话架内置的电源变换装置 (由汽车 12V直流变换为无线耳塞机适用的 电源, 图中未示出) 接通至图 11中的导线 332。
当需要把无线耳塞机 310固定在该位置时, 先将耳塞听筒的柱状体 312卡于倒 U形槽的软材料 321处, 向上的推挤力使 321被挤压,于是无 线耳塞机 310的下端升高而能跨过下卡盘 322的边沿而进入盘中, 撤掉 推挤力, 利用弹性软材料 321的回弹力使该下端座入下卡盘 322中并固 定住, 同时使电接触点 317与电接触点 323实现电连接从而可以给无线 耳塞机充电 (见图 15 (a)所示)。
以上是将原来的右抱臂 304改制成为 304'来实现固定装置。 显然, 如果需要, 也可以按照这种方式由左抱臂 303上或背板 302加以改制而 成(图中未示出)。
在图 14中, 将电话架的右抱臂 304改制成图中的 304" 。 在右抱臂 304 " 的外侧设置有用于固定无线耳塞机 310 的上卡槽 320'及下卡盘 322'。 上卡槽 320'是正向 U形槽, 该上卡槽的 U形槽向上, 其形状、 角 度及尺寸与耳塞听筒的柱状体 312相配, 并且镶衬有 U形夹 321' (也可 以衬有一层弹性软材料 321), 该 ϋ形夹是由有一些弹性的薄金属片或半 硬性塑料制成, 标号 325表示夹持空间。 图 14 (b) 单独示出了 U形夹 321'的形状与构造,在该夹子两侧各设置有缩进的腰部 324,用于使柱状 体 312 在从上向下挤压时能够挤开两侧的腰部 324进而座入夹持空间 325,从而被弹力夹住并固定。图中标号 322'表示右抱臂 304 " 的下卡盘, 下卡盘 322'的构造与作用与上述图 13 (a) 中的下卡盘 322相似, 因而 省略其说明。使用时,把无线耳塞机 310的柱状体 312放置在 U形夹 32Γ 上, 并使耳塞机的下端对准下卡盘 322', 然后向下压, 使耳塞机上下都 被卡住, 同时电接触点 317与电接触点 323连通。 同样, 如果需要, 这 套固定装置也可以设置在左抱臂 303上或背板 302上 (图中未示出)。
图 15 ( a)和图 15 (b)是分别表示把本发明的第三实施例的无线耳 塞机卡装在图 13 (a) 和图 14 (a) 的固定装置上的情形的示意图。
图 16 (a) 表示在本发明的第三实施例的电话架的背板 302'上制作 出的向上卡入式固定装置, 标号 326表示背板 302'的上卡槽, 也衬有弹 性软材料 321, 标号 327表示背板 302'的下卡盘。 可以看出, 整个固定 装置是在背板 302'上形成的一个长条形空洞 328, 其使用方式与前面对 图 13 (a) 的说明相同。 同样, 如果需要, 这套固定装置也可以设置在左 抱臂 303或右抱臂 304上 (图中未示出)。
图 16 (b)是本发明的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其中在电话 架的背板 302 "上制作出向下卡入式固定装置, gfl, 在背板 302 "上端开 设一个豁口并镶衬 U形夹 321' (也可以衬有一层弹性软材料 321), 同时 下部开设出长条形空洞 328'并制作出下卡盘 327' , 其使用方式与前面对 图 14 (a) 的说明相同。 同样, 如果需要, 这套固定装置也可以设置在左 抱臂 303或右抱臂 304上 (图中未示出)。
图 17 (a)和图 17 (b)是分别表示把本发明的第三实施例的无线耳 塞机卡装在图 16 (a) 和 16 (b) 的固定装置上的情形的示意图。
在以上实施例中, 根据本发明的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置所 描述的各种固定装置都仅仅示出其基本的、 原则的结构。 在具体的设计 安排中, 特别是在设计模制塑料件的模具时, 还可以有各种变通的安排 方案。 所述固定无线耳塞机的固定装置与电话架可以是分开设置并附装 连结的; 所述固定无线耳塞机的固定装置与电话架也可以是整体制成的。 例如, 在图 13 ( a)和图 14 ( a) 中的上卡槽 320及 320'和下卡盘 322及 322'是各自分体的, 但也可以设计成上下两者是联为一体的, 它们与右 抱臂 304'或 304 " (或者左抱臂 303或者背板 302)的关系可以是分开并 附装上去的, 也可以是整体模制成的。又例如, 在图 16 (a)和图 16 (b) 中, 上卡槽和下卡盘是通过镂空背板 302'或 302 " (或者左抱臂 303或 者右抱臂 304)进行设置的, 然而也可以不镂空背板(或者左抱臂 303或 者右抱臂 304), 而是把上卡槽和下卡盘设置在背板 (或者左抱臂 303或 者右抱臂 304)之外并附贴上去, 这些都可以在具体设计中加以修订。再 例如, 把汽车 12V直流变换为无线耳塞机适用电源的变换装置可以是内 置于电话架体内或附于其上, 或者可以设置在接插汽车 12V直流电源的 插头 333之内, 这也能达到同样的效果。 所述固定装置也可以是挂钩、 槽窝、 一对魔术贴, 也可以是在两者对碰的表面上分别镶嵌磁极方向对 应的磁性片 (图中未示出)。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 包括电话架和与手提电话 配合使用的无线耳塞机, 所述电话架包括背板、 底板、 左抱臂、 右抱臂 及固定结构, 所述无线耳塞机包括机盒、 耳塞听筒及发送话筒, 其特征 在于, 在所述电话架的左抱臂或右抱臂或背板上, 设置有固定所述无线 耳塞机的固定装置。
2. 如权利要求 1的电话架与无线耳塞机组合装置, 其特征在于, 所 述电话架的底板可以从所述背板底部拉出或推入以调节电话架高度, 所 述电话架的左抱臂和右抱臂可以从所述背板侧部拉出或推入以调节电话 架宽度。
3.如权利要求 1或 2的电话架与无线耳塞机组合装置,其特征在于, 所述固定装置设置在电话架的左抱臂或右抱臂或背板的适当位置上。
4. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机组合装置, 其特征 在于, 所述固定装置是形状与所述无线耳塞机相适配并且能容纳所述无 线耳塞机的耳塞听筒的槽窝。
5. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机组合装置, 其特征 在于, 所述无线耳塞机上还设置有一个类似于钢笔夹的固定夹, 而所述 固定装置是形状和尺寸恰好能容纳所述固定夹的槽窝。
6. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机组合装置, 其特征 在于, 所述固定装置是在所述电话架的适当部位上设置有一个体积膨大 的槽窝, 所述槽窝的形状和尺寸恰好与无线耳塞机的下部相配, 以容纳 无线耳塞机。
7. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其特 征在于, 所述固定装置包括两个槽窝, 两个槽窝之一的形状与所述无线 耳塞机的耳塞听筒相配并 容纳该耳塞听筒, 其中另一槽窝的形状与该 无线耳塞机的下端部相配并能容纳该下端部。
8. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其特 征在于, 所述固定装置分别将所述无线耳塞机的耳塞听筒部分和下端部 分卡住并固定。
9. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其特 征在于, 所述固定装置包括上卡槽及下卡盘, 所述上卡槽的 U形槽向下, 使所述无线耳塞机的耳塞听筒部分向上卡入。
10. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其 特征在于, 所述固定装置包括上卡槽和下卡盘, 所述上卡槽的 U形槽向 上, 使所述无线耳塞机的耳塞听筒部分向下卡入。
11. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其 特征在于, 所述固定装置是在该无线耳塞机的外表面镶贴有一片磁性片, 而在该电话架的相应的外表面镶贴有一片对应的磁性片。
12. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其 特征在于, 所述固定装置是在该无线耳塞机的外表面镶贴有一片魔术贴, 而在该电话架的相应的外表面镶贴有一片对应的魔术贴。
13. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其 特征在于, 所述固定装置与电话架分开设置而附装连结。
14. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其 特征在于, 所述固定装置与电话架整体制成。
15. 如权利要求 1或 2的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其特征 在于, 在所述右或左抱臂上或者背板上还具有由汽车 12V直流电源变换 为该耳塞机适用的电源的装置, 并且在所述固定装置上设置有供耳塞机 充电的两个电接触点, 同时在耳塞机上设置有与所述两个电接触点相对 应并能接触通电的两个电接触点。
16. 如权利要求 1或 2的电话架与无线耳塞机的组合装置, 其特征 在于, 其中所述电话架上还有一个体积扩大部, 所述扩大的空间内设置 有由汽车 12V直流电源变换为该无线耳塞机适用的电源的装置, 并且在 所述电话架的设置所述固定装置部位的适当表面上设置两个供给该无线 耳塞机电源的电接触点, 同时在所述无线耳塞机外表面的相应部位上也 设置有供该无线耳塞机充电的两个电接触点; 其中所述电话架上还设置 有一个供插接由 100V至 240V交流电源变换为适用于所述无线耳塞机的 电源的插孔, 所述插孔的另一端与所述电话架上所设置的供给该无线耳 塞机的电接触点相连接。
17. 如权利要求 1或 2或 3的电话架与无线耳塞机组合装置, 其特 征在于, 在所述无线耳塞机内另设置有能有线接收并储存外来信息的接 口, 并且在所述耳塞机上端设置有一个可打开或关闭的顶帽, 与此同时, 在所述耳塞机机壳的适当部位上设置有操作并回放所述存储信息的按 钮。
