图 4a和 4b所示是分体方式之一,图 4a表示在无线扬声器装置 10 的一个上角 (图中所示是右上角, 也可以是左上角, 未在图中示出) 设 置一个固定窝 68, 该固定窝内设有接通电源的一对公插脚 69 (如该图中 所示) 或母插孔 67(该图中未示)。 图 4b是在无线耳机支架 5 ' 的上部设 置固定头 66, 在该固定头内设置接通电源的一对母插孔 67 (如该图中所 示)或公插脚 69(该图中未示)。 一对母插孔 67与供无线耳机充电的一对 电接点 20在塑料构件内部接通。 图 4c示出变型后的无线耳机支架的背 板成为标记 6 ' 所示。 当把固定头 66插入固定窝 68之内时, 无线耳机支 架 5 ' 就附装在无线扬声器装置 10 之上而成为一体, 同时一对公插脚 69插入一对母插孔 67之中而接通电源。 图 4c是沿着图 4b中的线 B-B 看到的视图, 用以表示固定头 66和母插孔 67的底面。 图中其余标记含 义同前。
图 5a和 5b所示是另一种分体方式。 图 5a表示在无线扬声器装置 101 "的一个上角 (图中所示是在右上角, 也可以是在左上角, 图中未示 出) 设置插槽 131, 在该插槽的向外面上设一对电接点 20, , , 。 图 5b 表示在无线耳机支架 5 "的一侧设有插片 130,该插片的横断面是梯形的, 并且与插槽 131 的横断面相适配, 以便使插片插入插槽而牢固地附装于 该处。 在插片 130的向外面上设有一对电接点 20" , 电接点 20"与供无 线耳机充电的一对电接点 20在塑料构件内部接通。 标记 6 "是变型后的 背板。 电接点 20"和 20' , , 的形状与位置互相配合, 无线耳机支架 5" 的插片 130插到无线扬声器装置 101 "的插槽 131中之后,可以相互接通 电源。 图中其余标记含义同前。
再一个实施方案则是在上述分体方式的方案基础上, 在其中的无线 耳机支架的底部增加一个 USB公接口。 于是, 当无线耳机支架不附装在 无线扬声器装置的机壳上时,可以将其插接在具有 USB母接口的设备上, 例如台式或笔记本式电脑上,从而利用该 USB母接口提供的 5V DC电源, 供该支架上所载的无线耳机充电。 于是, 在使用上又多了一种方式, 更 为方便灵活。 无线耳机可以通过其支架而从电脑上充电, 同时也可以将 无线耳机插置在电脑上作为另一种安置方式。
具体来说, 图 6a示出将图 4b所示的无线耳机支架 5 ' 改装, 在其 底托 7 ' 之下设置 USB公接口 132而成为无线耳机支架 5 ' , , , , 支 架 5 ' , ' ' 的背板成为改装后的 6' , 该 USB公接口 132内的一对电 源接点在塑料构件内部与供无线耳机充电的一对电接点 20接通。
图 6b示出将图 5b所示的无线耳机支架 5 "改装, 在其底托 7 ' 之下 设置 USB公接口 132而成为无线耳机支架 5 ' , ' , 支架 5 ' ' , 的背 板成为改装后的 6 " , 该 USB公接口 132内的一对电源接点在塑料构件 内部与供无线耳机充电的一对电接点 20接通。 图中其余标记含义同前。
本发明中所涉及到的电工、 电子以及通信技术本身都是已知技术, 并且不包括在本申请要求保护的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其特征在于, 该组 合装置包括无线扬声器装置和无线耳机及其支架, 所述无线扬声器装置 包括无线式扬声器、 麦克风以及与手机适配的电子装置, 所述无线耳机 及其支架包括无线耳机以及与该无线耳机的外部结构相适配的无线耳机 支架, 该无线耳机支架包括耳机支架背板、 耳机支架底托、 使无线耳机 下端就位的挡板以及使无线耳机上端就位的卡紧装置, 其中, 所述无线 耳机支架附设于所述无线扬声器装置的机壳之上, 并配置有接取汽车上 的直流电源并将直流电源的电压变换至适用于所述扬声器装置及无线耳 机所需电压的电源装置, 在所述无线耳机的下端及所述无线耳机支架上 的对应位置, 各设有一对电接点, 当无线耳机安置于该支架上时, 所述 各一对电接点相互接通而使无线耳机内的电池充电。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述无线耳机支架是以整体方式附设于所述无线扬声器装置的机 壳之上的。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述无线耳机支架是以分体的、 可装上或拆下的方式附设于所述 无线扬声器装置的机壳之上的。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 在所述无线耳机支架的近上端设有固定头, 该固定头内所包空间 设有一对公插脚或母插孔, 在所述无线扬声器装置的左上角或右上角设 置有与该固定头相适配的固定窝, 在该固定窝内设置一对母插孔或公插 脚, 所述固定头和所述固定窝内的母插孔 /公插脚是相互适配的。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述无线耳机支架的下端设有 USB公接口, 该 USB公接口内的一 对电源接点与该无线耳机支架上的一对电接点在塑料构件内部接通。
6. 根据权利要求 3所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述无线耳机支架的一个侧面设有一个横断面为梯形的插片, 在 所述无线扬声器装置的左侧或右侧设置有与该插片相适配的插槽, 在该 插片和该插槽的向外面上分别设置位置、 形状、 尺寸互相适配的可以接 通电源的一对电接点。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述无线耳机支架的下端设有 USB公接口, 该 USB公接口内的一 对电源接点与该无线耳机支架上的一对电接点在塑料构件内部接通。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述电源装置得到的具有适用于所述扬声器装置及无线耳机的电 压的电源是首先通入所述无线扬声器装置, 再由其塑料构件内部的连接 导线而并联接通至所述无线耳机支架。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述电源装置得到的具有适用于所述扬声器装置及无线耳机的电 压的电源是首先通入所述无线耳机支架, 再由其塑料构件内部的连接导 线而并联连通至所述无线扬声器装置。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述汽车上的直流电源是 12V/24V直流电源。
11 .根据权利要求 1所述的无线扬声器装置与无线耳机的组合装置, 其中, 所述使无线耳机上端就位的卡紧装置包括设置在所述耳机支架背 板上部的与所述无线耳机的上端位置对应的豁口以及设置在所述豁口内 的弹力卡夹
