本发明涉及多媒体彩铃业务, 尤其涉及实现彩铃复制的方法、 系统 及装置。 发明背景
随着网络的发展, 尤其随着下一代网络 ( NGN , Next General Network ) 时代的到来, 网络带宽不断增加、 能力不断增强、 功能不断 丰富, 因此通过 NGN网络可以为用户提供丰富多彩的电话回铃音, 例 如歌曲、 动画以及电影片段等, 充分满足用户的个性化需求。
用户通过申请开通多媒体彩铃业务, 便可定制上述各种个性化的电 话回铃音, 并成为彩铃签约用户, 筒称彩铃用户。 多媒体彩铃业务是一 项由被叫用户定制, 为主叫用户提供一段悦耳的音乐、 一段问候语、 图 片或者一段视频图像等来替代普通嘟嘟的回铃音的业务。 因此, 若被叫 用户为彩铃用户, 则主叫用户在拨打被叫用户的电话时, 会听到或看到 被叫用户定制的个性彩铃。下面以 NGN网络中基于初始会话协议(SIP ) 的消息实现为例, 对主叫用户呼叫被叫彩铃用户并接听彩铃的过程进行 详细描述。
参见图 1 ,图 1为现有技术 NGN网络中为主叫用户播放彩铃的系统 组网结构示意图。 该系统包括: 网络侧和客户端。 其中网络侧包括: 软 交换(SoftSwitch )、 业务属性寄存器(SHLR )、 应用服务器( AS )、 媒 体资源服务器(MRS )、 文件传输协议(FTP )服务器、 彩铃平台以及彩 铃平台的数据库, 客户端包括主叫用户和被叫用户, 分别筒称主叫和被 叫。 其中, 被叫为彩铃用户。 软交换是 NGN 网络控制层的核心设备, 它采用软交换技术, 除了 提供丰富的固网基本电信业务、 补充业务以外, 还可以通过与各类业务 服务器配合, 向客户端提供多样化和增值的服务。 SHLR存储有用户的 逻辑号码、 物理号码, 以及两者间的映射关系, 同时存储有用户的智能 业务签约属性等信息, 是一个综合的集中用户数据库。
AS主要提供业务执行环境, 负责为接入 NGN网络的多种网络提供 增值业务。 MRS为 AS提供特征资源能力, 实现与用户的交互, 完成业 务功能及彩铃的播放功能。 FTP服务器用于存储大容量的语音文件资源, 当语音文件资源较少时, 可无需使用 FTP服务器。
彩铃平台主要提供统一的彩铃数据管理、 运营管理等功能接口。 彩 铃平台的数据库则存储有彩铃的相关信息。
基于上述系统实现为主叫用户播放彩铃的具体过程参见图 所示的 流程。
图 2为现有技术中为主叫用户播放彩铃的方法流程图。如图 2所示, 主叫通过软交换向 AS发送请求消息。 AS接收到该呼叫请求消息后, 将 被叫号码下发给软交换, 软交换路由到被叫, 被叫如果接通, 则通过软 交换向 AS返回振铃消息。 AS接收到振铃消息, 从彩铃平台的数据库中 查询用户定制的彩铃信息, 向 MRS发送请求播放彩铃的消息。 MRS获 取彩铃语音文件, 与主叫建立媒体通道, 向主叫播放彩铃。 被叫摘机应 答并通知 AS后, AS向 MRS发送结束彩铃播放的消息, MRS结束彩铃 播放, 然后主叫与被叫进行媒体协商, 并进行正常通话。
其中, 若主叫为彩铃用户, 并且在接听彩铃时, 主叫非常喜欢被叫 的彩铃,并想将被叫的彩铃作为自己的彩铃,则主叫只能通过网络搜索、 下载等一系列繁瑣的过程获取, 或者有时根本不知道彩铃名称或知道彩 铃名称却不知道如何下载等, 都会导致主叫无法即时得到自己喜欢的被 叫的彩铃, 浪费了主叫的时间并增加了主叫的遗憾。 发明内容
本发明实施例中一方面提供了实现彩铃复制的方法, 另一方面提供 了实现彩铃复制的系统及装置, 以便使客户端在接听彩铃的同时即可得 到自己喜欢的彩铃。
本发明实施例所提供的实现彩铃复制的方法中, 媒体资源服务器
MRS向客户端播放彩铃, 获取客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 并包括: 应用服务器 AS接收到 MRS发送的所获取的彩铃复制请求; AS根据接收到的彩铃复制请求,向彩铃平台发送携带彩铃复制信息 的请求复制彩铃的指令, 所述指令用于指示彩铃平台将请求复制的彩铃 复制到客户端的信息库中。
本发明实施例所提供的实现彩铃复制的系统, 包括:
媒体资源服务器 MRS, 用于向客户端播放彩铃时, 获取客户端输入 的彩铃复制请求, 并将所获取的彩铃复制请求转发给应用服务器 AS;
AS, 用于根据接收到的 MRS转发的彩铃复制请求, 向彩铃平台发 送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令;
彩铃平台, 用于接收来自 AS的所述指令, 根据所接收的指令将请 求复制的彩铃复制到客户端的信息库中。
本发明实施例所提供的一种应用服务器, 包括: 应用处理模块, 用 于向媒体资源服务器 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的请求,接收 MRS转发 的客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 根据所接收的彩铃复制请求, 向彩铃平 台发送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令。
本发明实施例所提供的一种媒体资源服务器 MRS, 包括: 业务处理模块, 用于接收来自应用服务器 AS的彩铃播放并收号的 请求, 根据该彩铃播放并收号的请求, 向放音 /收号模块发送控制指令; 接收放音 /收号模块返回的客户端的彩铃复制请求,将该彩铃复制请求发 送给 AS;
放音 /收号模块, 用于接收来自业务处理模块的控制指令, 并根据所 接收的控制指令向客户端播放彩铃, 获取客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 将所获取的彩铃复制请求发送给业务处理模块。
从上述方案可以看出, 本发明实施例中通过 MRS 向客户端播放彩 铃时, 若获取到客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 则将所获取的彩铃复制请 求转发给应用服务器 AS, AS根据所接收到的彩铃复制请求, 向彩铃平 台发送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令; 彩铃平台根据所接收 的指令, 将请求复制的彩铃复制到客户端的信息库中。 从而使该客户端 能够即时得到所接听的彩铃, 节省了时间。 附图简要说明

本发明实施例中, MRS向客户端播放彩铃, 获取客户端输入的彩铃 复制请求, 并将所获取的彩铃复制请求转发给 AS , AS根据所接收的彩 铃复制请求, 向彩铃平台发送复制彩铃的指令; 彩铃平台根据所接收的 指令, 将请求复制的彩铃复制到客户端的信息库中。 其中, 客户端一般 为主叫彩铃用户。
具体实现时, 本发明实施例中为了实现在播放彩铃时进行收号, 并 且收号过程中不间断播放彩铃, 需要扩展 AS与 MRS之间以及 MRS与 客户端之间的接口协议,由 AS向 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的请求消息, MRS对该请求消息进行识别, 向客户端播放彩铃, 并在客户端输入彩铃 复制请求时, 获取该请求信息, 完成收号, 并且不间断彩铃播放。 为了 实现该目的, 本发明实施例中利用基于语音服务器的事件包(BAU )规 范中已定义的相应参数, 扩展 AS与 MRS之间的接口协议, 使 AS能够 发送彩铃播放并收号的请求消息, 并且 MRS 能够识别该请求消息。 并 通过扩展 MRS 的放音接口和收号接口的功能, 使收号接口在收号的同 时, 放音接口不中断媒体流发送, 即不中断放音, 达到 MRS在收到上 述彩铃播放并收号的请求消息后, 能够进行收号, 并在收号过程中, 不 间断彩铃播放。
下面对具体实现过程结合实施例对本发明的实现彩铃复制的方法及 系统进行详细描述。 本实施例中以 NGN网络中的 SIP消息为例, 并通 过在 SIP消息中承载 BAU事件包, 完成 AS与 MRS之间接口协议的扩 展, 并且预先扩展 MRS 的放音接口和收号接口的功能, 使收号接口在 收号的同时, 放音接口不中断彩铃播放。
图 3为本发明实施例中主叫彩铃用户呼叫被叫彩铃用户时, 接听彩 铃并实现彩铃复制的方法流程图。 为描述筒洁, 以下筒称主叫彩铃用户 为主叫, 被叫彩铃用户为被叫, 并将主叫彩铃用户和被叫彩铃用户统称 为客户端。 如图 3所示, 该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤 301 ,主叫向软交换发送携带被叫号码的 SIP INVITE呼叫请求 消息, 请求呼叫被叫。
步骤 302, 软交换通过 SHLR判断出被叫为彩铃用户, 并在 SIP INVITE呼叫请求消息中加入彩铃属性标志位, 然后将携带彩铃属性标 志位的 SIP INVITE呼叫请求消息转发至 AS。
步骤 303~步骤 304, AS接收到该 SIP INVITE呼叫请求消息后, 对 被叫进行鉴权, 并在鉴权通过后, 将被叫号码通过 SIP INVITE消息下 发给软交换, 软交换下发路由到被叫, 通过 SIP INVITE消息与被叫进 行接续。
步骤 305~步骤 306, 被叫如果接通, 则向软交换返回 SIP 180振铃 消息, 软交换将所接收到的 SIP 180振铃消息转发至 AS。
步骤 307, AS接收到 SIP 180振铃消息后, 根据步骤 303中接收到 的携带彩铃属性标志位的 SIP INVITE呼叫请求消息, 获知被叫为彩铃 用户, 并到彩铃平台的数据库中查询用户定制的彩铃信息, 获取彩铃编 码并解析路径后,向 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的 SIP INVITE请求消息, 该消息中携带有主叫信息及被叫彩铃信息。 请求 MRS向主叫播放彩铃, 并启动向主叫进行收号的收号功能。
本步骤中, 为了实现在接听彩铃的过程中, 达到彩铃复制的目的, 采用 SIP统一资源定位(URL )寻址, 并采用基于 BAU的事件包来携 带相应信息。 在 BAU事件包中包含三个子事件, 即只播放事件(PA)、 播放并收号事件(PC)以及播放并录音事件(PR)。 本实施例中采用 BAU 事件包中的 PC事件, 其中 PC事件支持提示放音接口 ( ip )参数和无间 断播放 ( ni )参数以及数字设置( dm )参数,但不支持循环播放次数( it ) 参数、 间隔播放时长(iv )参数。
其中, ip参数用于指定放音文件, 即用于指定播放彩铃语音的文件。 ni参数用于指示播放过程是否间断, 若 ni取值为真(true ), 则表示 不间断播放彩铃, 若取值为假(false ), 则表示彩铃播放过程可间断。 it参数用于指定循环播放的最大次数。
iv参数用于指定间隔播放的时间长度, 即循环播放过程中, 中间间 隔的时间长度。
dm参数用于标识有效按键信息的数字收号模板, 有效数字为" 0~9、 #、 *"。 如果将 dm设置为 91 , 则表示有效数字为 9和 1 , 若将 dm设置 为 25, 则表示有效数字为 2和 5, 依此类推。
因为彩铃作为电话回铃音在被叫摘机之前是不能中断的, 否则便失 去了作为电话回铃音的目的, 因此若实现在播放彩铃的同时进行收号, 需要在收号过程中彩铃播放不中断, 现有技术中的协议, 没有考虑到这 方面的需求, 因此也没有对这方面的实现进行规定。 本实施例中为了实 现彩铃播放过程中进行收号, 并且收号时不间断彩铃播放, 因此需要扩 展协议接口, 定义在 BAU事件包的 PC子事件中还要支持 it、 iv参数, 并且扩展后的 PC子事件支持收号过程中不间断彩铃播放。 通过进行定 义, 使 AS和 MRS能够使用和识别该扩展后的 PC子事件。
下面将给出一个基于以上协议接口扩展思想的实现携带扩展 PC子 事件的 SIP INVITE消息的一个示例。

其中, 请求起始行 =方法 请求 URI SIP版本号, 其中, 方法是要 执行的消息类型, 如 INVITE、 BYE等, 请求 URI是被邀请用户的当前 地址, SIP版本号现设定为 SIP/2.0, *表示该字段可有多个。 本实施例中, 假设语音文件为 file://welcome, 并假设设置 dm=91 , 作为要求用户输入的有效按键信息。 例如: 在被叫振铃后, 主叫用户开 始听取文件名为 file://welcome的彩铃, 在接听彩铃过程中, 主叫用户可 以进行按键拨号输入,并且有效的按键数字为 9和 1。假设在发送给 MRS 的彩铃播放请求消息中, BAU的扩展 PC子事件中, 设置 it=10, 即最大 循环播放次数为 10; 设置 iv=10, 即播放间隔时长为 1秒; 设置 ni=true, 即收号过程中不间断彩铃播放,并假设主叫用户的当前地址为: 182.20.60.2。
则按照上述格式,携带 BAU事件包的扩展 PC子事件的 SIP INVITE 消息的请求起始行如下所示:

现有技术中, 进行彩铃播放采用的是 PA方式, 主叫在收听过程中 不能进行按键拨号, 例如, 在图 1所示流程中, 按照上述设置的参数值 采 用 PA 方 式 的 请 求 起 始 行 格 式 可 能 为 : INVITE SIP:anni.BAU.pa;an=file:〃 welcome; it=10;iv=10;@ 182.20.60.2 SIP/2.0。
其中, 关于 SIP INVITE消息的实体部分可与现有技术中的规定一 致, 本实施例中只对请求起始行作了上述设置。 此外, 对各个参数的具 体设置可以根据实际情况进行设置, 上述仅为一个示例性的格式说明。
本步骤中, AS存储有当前主叫信息、 被叫信息以及被叫的彩铃信 息等, 即存储有包括主叫号码、 被叫号码、 被叫彩铃编码等信息。
步骤 308 , MRS接收到彩铃播放并收号的 SIP INVITE请求消息后, 向 AS返回 SIP 200 OK响应消息。
步骤 309~步骤 310, AS将携带 MRS媒体信息的 SIP 180振铃消息 发送给软交换, 软交换再将该 SIP 180振铃消息转发给主叫。
步骤 311 , MRS根据接收到的彩铃播放并收号的 SIP INVITE请求 消息, 获取彩铃语音文件, 并与主叫建立媒体通道, 通过扩展的放音接 口向主叫播放彩铃, 同时建立收号通道。
本步骤中, MRS接收到彩铃播放并收号的 SIP INVITE请求消息后, 根据预先设定的接口协议, 对该 SIP INVITE消息进行识别与解析, 若 语音文件放置在 FTP服务器中, 则从 FTP服务器中获取彩铃语音文件, 否则直接从自身获取彩铃语音文件。 一般情况下, 采用从 FTP服务器中 获取语音文件, 因为 FTP服务器容量较大, 适合存放语音文件, 并且使 用 FTP服务器容易实现语音文件的上传。 之后 MRS通过放音接口向主 叫播放彩铃, 如果主叫能够支持播放视频, 且被叫定制了视音频彩铃, 则 MRS还可以给主叫播放视音频文件; 如果主叫只支持音频, 则 MRS 向主叫播放纯音频彩铃。 同时 MRS建立与客户端的收号通道。
步骤 312, 如果主叫希望复制所接听的彩铃, 则输入预先约定的请 求复制彩铃的业务码, 即向 MRS发送彩铃复制请求。 例如: 若 dm设置 为 91 , 则在 dm的有效按键范围内, 可预先设置 99作为复制彩铃的业 务码。
步骤 313, MRS接收来自主叫的彩铃复制请求, 并将所接收到的彩 铃复制请求通过通知(INFO ) 消息发送给 AS, 完成收号。
本步骤中, 由于预先扩展了 MRS 的接口协议, 因此在收号过程中 和收号结束后不间断彩铃的播放。 即收号接口在接收来自用户的彩铃复 制请求时, 放音接口不中断向客户端发送的媒体流信息, 即不间断播放 彩铃。
其中, 步骤 312中主叫通过电话输入请求复制彩铃的业务码后, 可 生成双音多频信号发送出去, 并且中间可经过媒体网关 (MG )转发, 此时 MG可直接将该双音多频信号透传给 MRS, 或者也可将双音多频 信号生成实时传输协议(RTP )媒体流或实时传输控制协议(RTCP )媒 体流发送给 MRS,因此 MRS所接收的来自主叫的彩铃复制请求可以为: 双音多频信号, RTP媒体流, 或 RTCP媒体流。 然后 MRS可对所接收 的媒体流或双音多频信号进行解析, 得到主叫输入的彩铃复制请求, 并 将得到的彩铃复制请求通过 INFO消息发送给 AS。
步骤 314~步骤 315, AS返回对 INFO消息响应的 SIP 200 OK消息, AS对所接收到的 INFO消息中的彩铃复制请求进行识别,并在识别出主 叫希望复制被叫彩铃后, AS 向彩铃平台发出携带彩铃复制信息的请求 复制彩铃的指令, 彩铃平台接收到该指令后, 根据指令中的彩铃复制信 息, 即请求复制的彩铃的彩铃编码、 主叫号码以及被叫号码等信息进行 复制, 将请求复制的彩铃复制到主叫的信息库中, 即将请求复制的彩铃 编码复制下载到主叫的个人铃音库中。
其中, 请求复制的彩铃也即主叫所接听的被叫的彩铃。
此处, 关于 AS向彩铃平台发送的指令, 可以是基于传输控制协议 / 网间协议(TCP/IP ) 的套接字 (Socket ) 消息, 也可以是基于存储过程 的指令, 还可以是基于筒单对象访问协议(Soap ) 的指令, 具体采用何 种指令要根据彩铃平台实际约束制定的接口而定。
步骤 316, 被叫摘机应答后, 向软交换发送表示摘机的携带有被叫 信息的 SIP 200 OK消息。
步骤 317~步骤 319,软交换将带有被叫信息的 SIP 200 OK消息发送 给 AS , AS接收到来自软交换的 SIP 200 OK消息后, 向 MRS发送结束 彩铃播放的 SIP BYE消息, MRS接收到 SIP BYE消息后, 结束彩铃播 放, 并向 AS返回已结束放音的 SIP 200 OK消息。
步骤 320~步骤 321 , AS向软交换返回 SIP最终响应 ACK消息, 软 交换向被叫发送 SIP最终响应 ACK消息。
步骤 322~步骤 323 , AS向 MRS发送 SIP BYE消息的同时, 向软交 换发送携带有被叫号码 SDP 的 SIP UPDATE 消息, 软交换将该 SIP UPDATE消息转发给主叫,请求进行主叫 SDP的更改, 以便主叫与被叫 进行媒体协商, 并连通进行正常通话。
以上步骤中, 步骤 301至步骤 306为主叫发起呼叫到被叫向 AS返 回振铃消息的流程, 步骤 308~步骤 310为 MRS对 AS发送消息的响应 及 AS接收到响应后将被叫振铃消息发送给主叫的流程, 步骤 316~步骤 323 为被叫摘机应答至主被叫之间进行通话的流程, 与现有技术对应流 程完全一致, 并非本发明实施例方法的内容, 而只是说明本发明实施例 方法的应用场景。 本发明实施例的流程为步骤 307、 步骤 311~步骤 315。 其中步骤 313~步骤 315与步骤 316之间没有一定的先后关系。
图 4为本发明实施例中基于图 3所示方法的实现彩铃复制的系统的 结构示意图。
如图 4所示, 该系统包括: 网络侧与客户端。 并且, 网络侧可以包 括: 软交换、 AS、 MRS 以及彩铃平台及彩铃平台的数据库。 客户端包 括: 主叫彩铃用户与被叫彩铃用户, 分别筒称主叫和被叫。
软交换, 用于接收来自主叫的携带目的地址为被叫号码的呼叫请求 消息, 并在通过 SHLR识别出被叫为彩铃用户时, 在所接收的请求消息 中加入彩铃属性标志位, 并将携带彩铃属性标志位的呼叫请求消息转发 至 AS; 接收 AS返回的携带被叫号码的呼叫请求消息,根据该请求消息 下发路由到被叫; 接收被叫返回的振铃消息, 将该振铃消息返回给 AS。
AS , 用于接收来自软交换的携带彩铃属性标志位的呼叫请求消息, 对该用户进行鉴权, 鉴权通过后, 向软交换返回携带被叫号码的呼叫请 求消息; 并接收软交换返回的被叫振铃的消息, 根据该振铃消息, 从彩 铃平台的数据库中获取彩铃编码并解析路径后, 向 MRS发送彩铃播放 并收号的请求消息; 接收 MRS转发的主叫的彩铃复制请求, 对该彩铃 复制请求进行识别, 并在识别出主叫希望复制彩铃时, 根据该彩铃复制 请求向彩铃平台发送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令; 接收被 叫摘机应答的消息,根据该消息向 MRS发送结束播放的消息,接收 MRS 返回的已结束播放的响应消息, 并向主叫发送更新媒体信息的消息, 以 便主叫与被叫进行媒体协商, 正常通话。
彩铃平台的数据库, 用于接收来自 AS的获取彩铃编码的消息, 根 据该消息向 AS返回彩铃编码。
彩铃平台, 用于接收来自 AS的请求复制彩铃的指令, 根据该指令 中的彩铃复制信息进行彩铃复制, 将请求复制的被叫的彩铃复制到主叫 的信息库中, 即将请求复制的彩铃编码复制到主叫的个人铃音库中。
MRS, 用于接收来自 AS的彩铃播放并收号的请求消息, 根据该消 息获取彩铃语音文件, 并与主叫建立媒体连接, 向主叫播放彩铃, 并获 取主叫输入的请求复制彩铃的彩铃复制请求, 将所接收的彩铃复制请求 转发给 AS; 接收来自 AS的结束播放的消息,根据该消息结束向主叫播 放彩铃。
本系统中可以进一步包括 FTP服务器, 用于存储大容量的语音文件 资源, 供 MRS调用。 即 MRS在接收到 AS的彩铃播放并收号的请求消 息后, 从 FTP服务器中获取彩铃语音文件。
上述实施例中, 如果主叫为非彩铃用户, 并且主叫输入了请求复制 彩铃的业务码,则也不影响上述实现过程,只是在彩铃平台进行复制时, 会因为找不到主叫的信息库, 而放弃复制。
此外, 本发明实施例中的 AS, 在具体实现时, 可包括: 应用处理模 块,用于向媒体资源服务器 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的请求,接收 MRS 转发的客户端输入的彩铃播放请求, 对该彩铃播放请求进行识别, 并在 识别出彩铃复制请求时, 向彩铃平台发送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制 彩铃的指令。
本发明实施例中的 MRS, 在具体实现时, 可包括: 放音 /收号模块 和业务处理模块。
其中, 业务处理模块, 用于接收来自应用服务器 AS的彩铃播放并 收号的请求, 根据该彩铃播放并收号的请求, 向放音 /收号模块发送控制 指令; 接收放音 /收号模块返回的客户端的彩铃复制请求, 将该彩铃复制 请求发送给 AS。
放音 /收号模块, 用于接收来自业务处理模块的控制指令, 并根据所 接收的控制指令向客户端播放彩铃, 获取客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 将所获取的彩铃复制请求发送给业务处理模块。
其中, 对于本发明实施例中的系统及装置, 在具体实现时, 实现过 程可与图 3所示方法流程中描述的过程一致。 无需创造性劳动,可变换出 MRS以及 AS的多种具体实现形式,如对上 述 MRS以及 AS中的模块进行拆分或合并等, 此处不再——赘述。
从上述方案可以看出, 本发明实施例中通过 MRS 向客户端播放彩 铃时, 若获取到客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 则将所获取的彩铃复制请 求转发给应用服务器 AS, AS根据所接收到的彩铃复制请求, 向彩铃平 台发送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令; 彩铃平台根据所接收 的指令, 将请求复制的彩铃复制到客户端的信息库中。 从而使该客户端 能够即时得到所接听的彩铃, 节省了时间。
此外, 通过在接听彩铃的同时, 实现对彩铃的复制, 无需客户端进 行网络搜索、 下载等繁瑣工作, 从而进一步降低了客户端的劳动量, 提 高了用户体验。
最后, 由于客户端能够在听取彩铃的同时即时得到所喜欢的彩铃, 从而使该客户端在无需了解彩铃内容信息如彩铃名称时实现复制, 避免 了由于客户端无法得知彩铃内容信息而无法进行搜索的弊端。
以上所述的具体实施例, 仅以基于 SIP协议的消息为例, 对本发明 实施例的目的、 技术方案和有益效果进行了进一步详细说明, 实际应用 中, 还可以将本发明实施例的思想应用于其它协议或组网设备中, 如可 应用于智能网应用规程(INAP )协议, 以及应用于基于智能外设(AIP ) 的组网设备中。 因此, 可以理解的是, 以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施 例而已, 并不用于限定本发明的保护范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之 内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范 围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种实现彩铃复制的方法, 其特征在于, 媒体资源服务器 MRS 向客户端播放彩铃, 获取客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 该方法包括: 应用服务器 AS接收到 MRS发送的所获取的彩铃复制请求;
AS 根据接收到的彩铃复制请求向彩铃平台发送携带彩铃复制信息 的复制彩铃指令, 所述指令用于指示彩铃平台将请求复制的彩铃复制到 客户端的信息库中。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, MRS向客户端播放彩 铃之前进一步包括:
AS向 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的请求, MRS根据接收到的请求向 客户端播放彩铃。
3、如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃播放并收号的 请求为:携带基于语音服务器事件包 BAU的扩展播放并收号 PC子事件 的消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述扩展 PC子事件包 括: 支持提示放音接口 ip参数、 无间断播放 ni参数、 用于标识有效按 键信息的数字设置 dm参数、 循环播放次数 it参数以及间隔播放时长 iv 参数的 PC子事件。
5、如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取客户端输入的 彩铃复制请求具体包括:
客户端输入请求复制彩铃的业务码的彩铃复制请求, 并且该彩铃复 制请求以双音多频信号的形式发送给媒体网关 MG, MG将所接收的彩 铃复制请求以双音多频信号形式直接透传给 MRS;或者将该彩铃复制请 求由双音多频信号形式转换为实时传输协议 RTP媒体流或实时传输控 制协议 RTCP媒体流形式发送给 MRS。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求复制彩铃的 业务码为根据用于标识有效按键信息的数字设置 dm参数预先设置的。
7、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述复制彩铃的指令为: 基于传输控制协议 /网间协议的套接字 Socket 消息, 或者为基于存储过 程的指令, 或者为基于筒单对象访问协议 Soap的指令。
8、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述彩铃复制信息包括: 彩铃编码和客户端信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃编码为 MRS 向客户端播放的彩铃的彩铃编码; 所述请求复制的彩铃为: 彩铃编码对 应的彩铃。
10、 一种实现彩铃复制的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 媒体资源服务器 MRS, 用于向客户端播放彩铃时, 获取客户端输入 的彩铃复制请求, 并将所获取的彩铃复制请求转发给应用服务器 AS;
AS, 用于根据接收到的 MRS转发的彩铃复制请求, 向彩铃平台发 送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令;
彩铃平台, 用于接收来自 AS的所述指令, 根据接收到的指令将请 求复制的彩铃复制到客户端的信息库中。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 AS进一步向 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的请求;
MRS 进一步根据接收到的彩铃播放并收号的请求向客户端播放彩 铃。
12、 一种应用服务器, 其特征在于, 该应用服务器包括: 应用处理 模块, 用于向媒体资源服务器 MRS发送彩铃播放并收号的请求, 接收 MRS转发的客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 根据所接收的彩铃复制请求, 向彩铃平台发送携带彩铃复制信息的请求复制彩铃的指令。
13、 一种媒体资源服务器, 其特征在于, 该媒体资源服务器 MRS 包括:
业务处理模块, 用于接收来自 AS的彩铃播放并收号的请求, 根据 该彩铃播放并收号的请求, 向放音 /收号模块发送控制指令; 接收放音 / 收号模块返回的客户端的彩铃复制请求, 将该彩铃复制请求发送给 AS; 放音 /收号模块, 用于接收来自业务处理模块的控制指令, 并根据所 接收的控制指令向客户端播放彩铃, 获取客户端输入的彩铃复制请求, 将所获取的彩铃复制请求发送给业务处理模块。
