The invention relates to a system of securing objects in a rigid suitcase (14) comprising at least four rods (1) in the corners of the suitcase, perpendicular to the main faces and fixed to said suitcase. The rods are designed to engage with loops (4) of a strap (7) which slide along them, locking means being provided to lock the strap at a desired height on each rod. On one side of the rod is a toothed, notched or undulating relief which engages with a loop having a hole whose inner edge comprises flexible segments (10), the spring effect of which locks or stabilizes the strap (7).
