Abstract

L'invention concerne un déclencheur à surintensité comprenant une culasse, un enroulement de bobine, un élément polaire, un induit et un ressort de retenue pour exercer une précontrainte sur l'induit, avec un entrefer entre l'élément polaire et l'induit. L'invention a pour objet d'indiquer un déclencheur à surintensité à faibles tolérances de force pour le ressort de retenue, dont la valeur de déclenchement peut être adaptée ultérieurement, ainsi qu'un commutateur de puissance équipé d'un tel déclencheur à surintensité. Cet objet est réalisé avec un déclencheur à surintensité du type mentionné en introduction en ce que le ressort de retenue est réalisé sous la forme d'un ressort de compression prévu entre l'élément polaire et l'induit et que le déclencheur à surintensité est exécuté de manière à ce que le ressort de compression puisse être remplacé. Les ressorts de compression peuvent être fabriqués avec des tolérances de force plus faibles que les ressorts de torsion, ce qui permet avantageusement aussi de réduire, au sein de la tolérance autorisée de ±20 % selon la norme IEC 60947, le courant de déclenchement à par exemple 13 fois le courant nominal moins 20 %. De plus, les ressorts de compression ne présentent aucun frottement entre les spires et aucun frottement défavorable comme pour un support à ressort de torsion. La possibilité de remplacement du ressort de compression permet en outre un décalage ultérieur aisé de la valeur de déclenchement sur le déclencheur à surintensité fini ou sur l'appareil fini.
