Abstract

DISPARADOR DE CURTO-CIRCUITO AJUSTáVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um disparador de sobrecorrente com um jugo, com um enrolamento de bobina, com um pólo, com um induzido e com uma mola de retenção para protensão do induzido, sendo que entre o pólo e o induzido existe um entreferro. A invenção tem por objetivo indicar um disparador de sobrecorrente com pequenas tolerâncias de força para a mola de retenção, cujo valor de resposta pode ser posteriormente adaptado, bem como um comutador de potência com tal disparador de sobrecorrente. Esse objetivo é alcançado em um disparador de sobrecorrente do tipo mencionado no início pelo fato de que a mola de retenção é executada como mola de pressão prevista entre o pólo e o induzido e pelo fato de que o disparador de sobrecorrente é de tal maneira executado que a mola de pressão é trocável. Molas de pressão com tolerâncias de força mencres podam ser fabricadas como molas de torção, com o que também vantajosamente dentro da tolerância admissível segundo IEC60947 de ± 20 % a corrente de resposta pode ser reduzida para por exemplo 13 vezes a corrente nominal menos 20 %. Além disso, molas de pressão não apresentam atrito entre as espiras nem um atrito assim desfavorável como um suporte de mola de torção. Ademais, pela troca da mola de pressão é possível um simples deslocamento posterior do valor de resposta do disparador de sobrecorrente no disparador de sobrecorrente pronto ou aparelho pronto.
