Antecedentes de Ia invenciónThe invention presented affects the Sector of Construction Materials, affecting the industry of the preparation and supply of prefabricated modules as well as the processes of construction of homes, premises or industrial buildings. Background of the invention
The background in the field of construction materials is very abundant because it is well known that, both in Spain and in the more developed countries, construction-related activities constitute the main engine of the economy.
In any case, the greater the degree of development of a larger country, the shortage of labor is also high and, consequently, those solutions that save labor are very well received, either based on mechanizing the construction processes, or based on improving the performance of all the activities involved in the construction. In this way there is a tendency to derive certain processes to integral plants for the preparation of prefabricated elements that can be used with simplicity and efficiency in the civil works where they are required. On the other hand, the development itself implies, in addition, compliance with increasingly demanding regulations for reasons of safety, comfort and respect for nature.
The prefabricated elements are, today, protagonists of all the construction works of buildings that once equipped with the main bearing structure, are complemented by joists, slabs, facade cladding, doors, windows, etc. It is also known that, in large hotel constructions, it has even been possible to assemble, for example, modular bathrooms that are transported to work and placed in their final location, only require a final step of connection to the water supply network, Energy and drains. In the field of the invention that concerns us, cellular concrete is having a greater presence in the general construction works day by day due to its unquestionable advantages in terms of thermal, acoustic insulation, fire retardant power, manageability and low price, between others.
This has led to its use in multiple parts of terraces, walls, cladding, lintels, etc.
And in the field of prefabricated with cellular concrete there are also diverse backgrounds that normally focus on blocks for building walls, small plates for internal cladding of roofs, light slabs and elements of reduced dimensions. The present invention introduces a novelty in the range of construction materials as they are prefabricated panels, reinforced or not, full height for partition walls in homes with finished surface finish.
It also has the important advantage of allowing high yields in the operations of partition walls in homes or premises in general. It is therefore a novel solution that presents a special attraction in these times in which entrepreneurs seek Efficiency in construction sites and the general public demands quality products and certain added comforts in everyday uses and customs.
Description of the invention The present invention, as set forth in the introduction, refers to a new type of precast concrete concrete consisting of panels of predefined width and height, in accordance with the needs of the market and with the conditioner of that the panels have the appropriate weight so that they can be easily transported and handled on site, preferably by a single operator.
Since the panels of the present invention are basically intended for the formation of partition walls of homes or premises, their dimensions in height range between 210 cm. and 240 cm. and the width dimensions are about 80-150 cm. Being able to vary the thickness between 6-20 cm. The inventor conceives that once the specific needs have been defined by the builder, the specific order is established to proceed with the preparation of the molds for the mass production of the panels. The manufacture of panels in standard measures is also conceived for use according to the most common needs so that the catalog order can be made.
The prefabricated panels of the present invention are rectangular in shape, having on both sides upper and lower and on one of the sides a "U" shaped female groove and on the remaining side it has a projection so that it can be fitted exactly in the slit of another panel that is then placed in an adjacent situation.
As for the upper and lower grooves, they are intended to fit into metal guides located on the floor and ceiling of the surface to be divided. The floor guide can be of the "T" type and of the roof of the angular type, although it could also be of the "T" type which, in that case, should be of greater height to fit it first up and then drop the panel on the soil profile. The panels can be manufactured in different densities and with different chemical additives, depending on the specific applications to which they are intended.
Its duplicated use is also conceived in the same partition leaving an air chamber between the two panels. This arrangement decisively reinforces the insulation properties inherent in a single panel. You can even boost the aforementioned insulation by injecting expanded polyurethane between the two panels. It could also be used reinforced with metal meshes, bars, plates etc.
On the other hand, the inventor has also foreseen the possibility of manufacturing reinforced panels in themselves by placing a very light "reinforcement" of fiberglass mesh or similar material in the manufacturing process. In this way the resistant characteristics of the panels are improved, which, as is known, are exposed to all kinds of aggressive solicitations during the handling and transport process.
Una ventaja importante de Ia invención es, además, Ia posibilidad de hacer estos prefabricados ligeros incorporando los tubos y cajas de registro destinados a instalaciones eléctricas Breve descripción de los dibujosAn important advantage of the invention is, in addition, the possibility of making these light prefabricated incorporating the tubes and register boxes for electrical installations Brief description of the drawings

1, 2 and 3) consisting of a new type of prefabricated in said material intended for the rapid execution of partition walls in homes or premises. The panel (1) is manufactured in standard predetermined dimensions with the condition that it is transportable and manipulable on site by a single person, the inventor conceiving the possibility of offering it commercially on a catalog to allow specific orders of the necessary dimensions in each case. In principle you think of 210-240 cm panels. height, 80-150 cm. wide and 6-20 cm. thick The panel, rectangular in shape, is provided at the lower, upper and one of the lateral edges, with slits (2) perfectly centered on the thickness of the piece. In addition, (3), also centered on the thickness of the panel that allows a coupling of successive panels as if it were a normal tongue and groove (Fig. 2).
The assembly of the panels (1) to form a room or room is carried out prior to fixing the roof and floor of two metal profiles, the floor (5) in the form of "T" and the ceiling (6) in the form of right angle.
Once these profiles (5) and (6) are fixed, a panel (1) is taken, fitting it first in the lower profile (5) subsequently supporting it in the angular (6). The following panel is operated in the same way and once placed in the respective profiles, it is moved laterally to achieve the tongue and groove fitting so that the prominence (3) is introduced into the lateral groove (2). For greater consistency of the assembly, paste paste or polyurethane putty can be added to the female grooves so that, in the process of coupling the panels, the paste is spread throughout the joint. Any special measure determined by the length or width of the room is achieved by simple cutting on site with the help of the usual machines since the cellular concrete is easily cut. The inventor thinks especially of the manufacture of panels that have the usual tubes and register boxes embedded for electrical installations. However, the characteristics of the material allow the execution of additional races with normal machines or utensils under construction.
In this description of a preferred embodiment, the inventor conceives not only the manufacture of the panel (1) with simple cellular concrete, but also the possibility of providing it with greater resistance based on including one, two or more meshes in the manufacturing process (4) fiberglass.
To improve the characteristics of thermal and acoustic insulation, already excellent in cellular concrete, it is possible to duplicate the panel (1), as shown in Ia (Fig. 3), so that the new panel added ( 7) form an air chamber (8) with the panel (1). This empty space can also be used for added security solutions based on incorporating metal meshes, bars, or sheets with full rear filling.
Although the finish of the surface seen of the panels is fine and of sufficient quality, there is no inconvenience in giving a different finish by plastering the surface, by painting, wallpaper or any other. You can even get, by means of the appropriate formwork, rough finishes, stucco, imitation artificial stone or visible work. It is not considered necessary to make the content of this description more extensive so that an expert in the field can understand its scope and the advantages derived from the invention, as well as develop and implement the object thereof. However, it should be understood that the invention has been described according to a preferred embodiment thereof, whereby it can be susceptible to modifications without affecting or implying any alteration of the basis of said invention. That is, the terms in which this preferred description of the invention has been exposed must always be taken in a broad and non-limiting manner.
