所述的网络服务器建立存储商户信息的信息数据库, 是通过如下方法建立的: 汇 总商户需要的服务信息, 通过网络连接上传至网络服务器或网络服务商的服务器。用 户也可通过传真、 电话的方式, 将其服务信息提供给网络服务商, 由网络服务商进行 分类整理上传至其服务器中, 从而建立商户信息的信息数据库。
所述的凭证装置内预设的、 连接到网络服务器的信息, 可以是如下的信息: 该信 息可以是预设于凭证装置如 U盘内的一段自动运行的程序, 该自动运行程序内包含着 网络服务器的 IP地址。
对于在 U盘内预设自动运行的程序及计算机读取 U盘内的自动运行程是现有技 术, 在此不在累述。
该信息还可以是预设于 U盘内的一段运行的程序, 该运行程序内包含着网络服务 器的 IP地址。 当该 U盘插到数据处理设备如计算机上后, 用户可选择是否启动该程 序, 如果用户启动该程序, 则计算机就会运行该程序, 并连到其指定的网络服务器。
该信息还可以是存储在 U盘中的加密信息,而连接服务器的程序安装于计算机中, 只有当 U盘插到计算机上后, 计算机通过读取 U盘中的加密信息, 才能启动计算机内 的该段程序。
上述步骤(5)中还包括: 发送凭证装置内的用户信息和操作内容的请求; 在请求 被验证通过的前提下, 由信息服务器按操作内容将相关信息通过交互通道回传至数据 处理设备; 否则, 反馈回错误信息并中断操作。
所述用户信息被固化在自动运行文件中, 包括用户身份、 权限和获取信息的认证 密码, 以及对应于用户信息的操作内容; 操作内容包括有上网请求、 所获取信息的服 务器网址和操作指令。
上述步骤(4) 中还包括: 数据处理设备直接向凭证装置供电的方法。
所述上网连接请求包括宽带、 拨号上网认证和指定信息服务器的 IP地址。
本实施例中的作为服务凭证的装置, 为釆用基于串行总线 USB接口标准和快闪存 储介质的 U盘。
将 U盘插入连网的数据处理设备, 如计算机以实现上网和远端信息获取操作, 本 实施例中是采用自动上网的方式获取网络信息。
所述的 U盘, 包括有快闪存储器和存储控制模块。
所述的快闪存储器, 配置有应用程序模块、 配置文件模块和存储模块。 其中, 应用程序模块用于与计算机或移动电话进行信息交互;
在配置文件模块中固化有自动运行文件, 以传送用户信息和操作内容并指向应用 程序模块。
所述的存储控制模块, 具有基于串行总线 USB标准的接口控制器、 总线插座和微 处理器。
所述的自动运行文件, 其中预先配置有用户身份、权限和获取信息的认证密码、 以及操作内容。
所述的操作内容, 包括有上网请求、 所获取信息的服务器网址和操作指令。 当将 U盘插入计算机时, 上网请求即为宽带或拨号上网的连接请求。
在所述的自动运行文件中, 还写入有指向应用程序模块的自动运行指令。
当计算机运行在 Windows9X/ME/2000/XP 操作系统下, 自动运行文件是 autorun. inf, 其预先写入的程序指令包括有- [AutoRun] open-具体目录路径 \所指向的应用程序文件名, 其中, " open"命令行是当数据处理设备接收并执行 autorun. inf时, 指向应 用程序模块, 以实现由存储控制模块建立与数据处理设备的信息交互操作。
在此, 应用程序需预先订制并写入快闪存储器中, 而且其名称、 保
存全路径也需预先写入自动运行文件 autorun. inf 中。
所述信息获取的方法, 包括以下操作步骤-
(1)、 将 U盘插入计算机的 USB接口时, 计算机自动识别 U盘, 并默认基于 USB 总线插座建立相互之间的信息交互通道;
(2)、 在计算机接收自动运行文件 autorun. Inf后, 即实现自动上网连接和远端 信息服务请求的执行程序;
若信息服务器应答, 则反馈回有效数据并由网络接入设备给数据处理设备打开端 口, 以通知数据处理设备可以上网。
(3)、 建立数据处理设备与信息服务器的连接、 以及网络信息的交互通道;
(4)、 由计算机向信息服务器发送用户信息和操作内容的请求, 用户信息包括用 户身份、 权限和获取信息的认证密码;
由服务器网关核查用户信息的内容, 若其中存在错误内容、 或是内容不一致的情 况, 则反馈错误状态的信息并中断信息获取的所有操作。
(5)、 在用户信息验证通过的情况下, 服务器按操作内容中指定的操作指令, 将 特定的数据信息回传至数据处理设备。
如本发明以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法和装置的应用系统, 如图 2 所示:
包括作为服务凭证的装置, 数据处理设备, 服务器网关和信息数据库; 数据处理 设备如计算机或 PDA通过作为服务凭证的装置从所连接的网络服务器上获取信息, 即 计算机或 PDA通过服务器网关连到相应的信息数据库,而获取相应的商户的服务信息, 用户可通过计算机或 PDA、 手机的显示屏获知最新的商户服务信息, 根据该最新的服 务信息, 用户凭借该作为服务凭证的装置到商户处享有相应的服务。
作为服务凭证的装置如 U盘、存储卡,其外壳上设置有视觉上可感知的特殊标志, 或该外壳做成特定的形状, 该视觉上可感知的特殊标志或特定的形状是作为用户享有 商户所提供的服务的标志。 同时, 该装置具有与数据处理系统相连的接口以及用于存 储连接到网络服务器的信息的存储器。
网络服务器的信息数据库中存储有大量的商户服务信息, 供用户获取。 商户将自 己的服务信息发送到计算机或 PM、 手机等数据处理设备可建立网络连接的服务器的 数据库中; 或通过专门的网络服务商, 将商户自己的服务信息放置在网络服务商的网 络服务器的信息数据库中。
作为服务凭证的装置所具有的视觉上可感知的特殊标志, 或特定的形状是商户所 认可的, 凭借装置上的特殊的标志或特定的形状, 用户可在商户处享受商户在网络服 务器所发布的服务。 该作为服务凭证的装置与计算机或 PDA、 手机等数据处理设备连 接后, 数据处理设备进入相应的网络, 如 internet网或移动通信网, 数据处理设备 读取该作为服务凭证的装置内的信息, 根据该信息, 数据处理设备连到相应的网络服 务器并获取该网络服务器中的商户所发布的服务信息, 通过该数据处理设备的显示 屏, 用户可获知凭借该作为服务凭证的装置, 可以享有那家商户的服务及享有什么样 的服务。
当该作为服务凭证的装置如 U盘插到计算机上时, 计算机读取 U盘内预设的连接 到网络服务器的信息, 根据该信息, 计算机可连到相应的网络服务器。 该信息可以是 预设于 U盘内的一段自动运行的程序, 该自动运行程序内包含着网络服务器的 IP地 址,对于在 U盘内预设自动运行的程序及计算机读取 U盘内的自动运行程是现有技术, 在此不在累述。 该信息还可以是预设于 U盘内的一段运行的程序, 该运行程序内包含 着网络服务器的 IP地址, 当该 U盘插到计算机上后, 用户可选择是否启动该程序, 如果用户启动该程序, 则计算机就会运行该程序, 并连到其指定的网络服务器。该信 息还可以是存储在 U盘中的加密信息, 而连接服务器的程序安装于计算机中, 只有当 U盘插到计算机上后, 计算机通过读取 ϋ盘中的加密信息, 才能启动计算机内的该段 程序。
将本发明应用于提供餐饮打折的信息服务系统, 采用如下的方案如图 3所示: 网络服务提供商从各餐馆获取最新的打折信息, 并及时输入服务器。各餐馆也可 以通过传真或者电话等方式向网络服务提供商发送打折信息, 也可以通过网络经身份 验证后发送打折信息。 网络服务提供商将收到打折信息进行分类, 按一定规则排序后 放入服务器。 网络服务提供商可以实时更新打折信息, 按餐馆的地点归类, 以便用户 査找。
用户购买的作为服务凭证的装置如 u盘中事先设置上述的客户端程序和启动、运 行所述客户端程序的应用模块,客户端程序内的配置文件内包含有与餐饮相关的网络 的域名或网络地址,还可以有身份验证信息。当用户需要了解最新的餐饮打折信息时, 只需将凭证连接到与服务器连接的客户端, 特别是与国际互联网连接的计算机, 凭证 中的程序自动或通过用户手动运行。程序将操作请求发送给网络服务提供商管理的服 务器, 服务器即向客户端返回用户所需的信息。返回的信息可以由客户端程序进行处 理, 或者显示在客户端的显示器上, 或者通过语音的形式提示用户。
由于存在用户身份验证机制, 用户可以定制自己的个性化信息。 服务器识别用户 后, 根据不同用户的需求, 例如: 餐馆的风味、 档次、 地点、 打折时段、 特定餐馆等 等, 传给用户相应的信息。
用户持有的作为服务凭证的装置可设计成特殊外形, 如笔形、 卡片形, 作为在获 得相应服务的凭证。
本发明应用到餐饮打折的信息服务系统,可以在消费者和餐馆经营者之间建立起 即时的信息沟通渠道, 一方面使餐馆经营者能够根据需求变化及时发布优惠措施, 减 少广告成本; 另一方面使消费者无须具备电脑操作知识就能快捷地获取最新餐饮打折 信息。
本发明还可用于其他需要快速更新的信息发布系统,用户并不需要具备电脑操作 技能, 使用方便快捷, 并可大大地增加经营者的客户群, 其有益效果是明显的。
以上是结合附图所给出的实施例, 仅是实现本发明目的的优选方案。 对于所属领 域技术人员来说可以据此得到启示, 而直接推导出符合本发明设计构思的其他替代内 容, 也应属于本发明所述的权利保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法, 其特征在于: 具有以下实 现步骤,
(1)、 建立配置有连接到网络服务器信息的、 作为服务凭证的装置与数据处理设 备之间的连接;
(2)、 数据处理设备读取该连接到网络服务器信息并执行上网连接和远端信息服 务请求程序;
(3)、 建立数据处理设备与信息服务器的连接, 以及建立两者之间的信息交互通 道;
(4)、 由数据处理设备获取信息服务器中的商户发布的信息, 并通过数据处理设 备输出;
通过数据处理设备发送用户信息和操作内容的请求;
(5)、 在请求被验证通过的前提下, 由信息服务器按操作内容将相关信息通过交 互通道回传至数据处理设备; 否则, 反馈回错误信息并中断操作;
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法, 其特征 在于: 上述第 (2)步骤具有以下执行流程,
(2. 1)、 数据处理设备直接向该装置供电;
(2. 2)、 由数据处理设备读取该装置中的自动运行文件;
(2. 3)、 由数据处理设备执行自动运行文件中的上网连接请求;
(2. 4)、向自动运行文件中指定的信息服务器发送服务请求;若信息服务器应答, 则准备建立数据处理设备与信息服务器的连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法, 其特征 在于: 在上述第 (2. 3)步骤中, 上网连接请求包括宽带、 拨号、 GPRS以及 WAP上网认 证和指定信息服务器的 IP地址。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法, 其特征 在于: 在上述第(4〉步骤中, 所发送的用户信息被固化在自动运行文件中, 包括用户 身份、 权限和获取信息的认证密码, 以及对应于用户信息的操作内容; 操作内容包括 有上网请求、 所获取信息的服务器网址和操作指令。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法, 其特征 在于: 在上述第 (5)步骤中回传至数据处理设备的信息, 可直接写入该装置的存储介 质中, 也可通过数据处理设备以打印、 传真或电子邮件的方式输出。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的以作为服务凭证的装置获取网络信息的方法, 其特征 在于: 采用计算机、 个人数字助理 PDA或手机做为数据处理设备。
7、一种获取网络信息并作为服务凭证的装置, 不具有电源和显示器, 配置有存 储介质和存储控制模块, 其特征在于- 所述的存储介质, 包括应用程序模块, 配置文件模块以及信息数据的存储模块; 存储介质中存储的应用程序模块,用于与所连接的数据处理设备进行信息交互操 作;
在配置文件模块中固化有自动运行文件,在数据处理设备接收并执行自动运行文 件时指向应用程序模块, 由存储控制模块通过应用程序模块与数据处理设备进行信息 交互操作。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的获取网络信息并作为服务凭证的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的装置, 其存储控制模块具有基于串行总线 USB或 IEEE1394总线标准的接口控 制器、 总线插座和微处理器。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的获取网络信息并作为服务凭证的装置, 其特征在于: 所述的装置, 釆用快闪存储介质。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的获取网络信息并作为服务凭证的装置, 其特征在于: 所述固化在配置文件模块中的自动运行文件, 配置有用户身份、权限和获取信息的认 证密码, 以及对应于用户信息的操作内容;
所述的配置文件模块, 是可读和写的存储模块。
