Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von photoaktiven Schichten sowie Bauelemente wie Solarzellen oder Photodetektoren umfassend diese Schicht. Die photoaktive Schicht wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch hergestellt, dass anorganische Halbleiterpartikel unter Mikrowelleneinstrahlung synthetisiert werden, aus welchen in Kombination mit organischen Halbleiterverbindungen photoaktive Schichten gebildet werden.
