Abstract

Une cassette de test pour antigènes ou anticorps comporte un boîtier externe intégrant au moins un ensemble de test. Chaque ensemble de test comporte au moins deux sites de réaction. Chaque site de réaction comporte en outre une bande de test immunoréactive placée à l'intérieur du boîtier, un puits d'échantillon permettant d'introduire un échantillon dans le boîtier et sur la bande de test, et une zone de visualisation pour observer la zone réactive de la bande de test. Chaque site de réaction est isolé de tout site de réaction proche, des indices de classification figurant de façon apparente sur une surface externe du boîtier, près du puits d'échantillon, procurant des instructions claires concernant les moyens uniques pour administrer des échantillons multiples collectés et appliqués de manière non simultanée dans un test pour anticorps ou antigènes spécifiques tel que Hgbh dans une hémorragie occulte fécale, la transferrine, LH, FSH, un niveau de médicament thérapeutique ou un titre d'anticorps viraux.
